I am appalled by the behavior of the staff, please be cautious of two matters, especially to foreigners if you’re on holiday. Do not give the hotel your credit card details, as upon checkout they will make any excuse to deduct money out of your account as it’s happened to me. We had a stay at this hotel for over 2 guests, for over two weeks of stay! And the second room was for 2 adults, I received an email stating “misuse of room” the email provided a picture of uncleaned towels and empty chocolate boxes stacked in the corner of the room. They didn’t provide how clean we left the room, but sent a proxy picture of towels and empty boxes “so called misuse of the hotel room” and want me to pay 50 JOD. If this has happened to anyone don’t let this hotel get away with cheating foreigners, go a step further! Escalate these matters! As it’s cheating and luring customers.. Two expensive items one was taken, one from the car and the other never found. Keep your personal items safe and locked away! Valet was absolutely obnoxious, any thing for a dollar, just as the staff at the reception, Both Farah’s, Malek, Khalid, the list can go on… untrained staff as soon as complaints are made you’ll see another side of the staff! The handling of any situation was dealt very poorly! The bellman, valet, housekeeping, apart from Dana, wanted just tips, but nothing. The hotel is based in an awful location. Construction work day in day out! To noisy and unpleasant views.. there is no Gym located inside the hotel you have to walk to the next street behind the hotel to use the Gym. Which is quite off putting! No swimming pool. The best thing was the house keeper came every 2 days to clean up and was nice and pleasant, her name is Dana. The rest I can assure you, the staff are only for smiles but nothing. More attention is on the out guests and weddings as little priority is taken on assuring anything for in guests! While sitting at the breakfast table one morning, another foreigner was complaining about the hotel clearing the breakfast area 15/20 mins before time finishes for breakfast! As I saw this behavior myself the food is always limited, I had complained myself… same breakfast each day.The bathrooms come with grouted corners and marks everywhere, horrible bidet. It’s Hilton with 1 star service. The rooms are clean and spacious! It has a dazzling look but, the management is HIGHLY POOR…all the receptionists are just in for smiles but nothing as previously mentioned. They pick and choose which guests has to be seen as high priority… I would never recommend this hotel, as I rather be truthful and speak the truth, then get upgraded to a suite in return!!! To stay quite. You cannot buy guests out, with such an outrageous behavior! You’ve lost us as a customer too :)
