Worst option in Aqaba ever, they keep ignoring feedback emails and are not willing to even address the negative behaviour demonstrated by most of their team. Security staff is extremely rude and a general lack of customer service. Not even a courtesy to respond to feedback email to address the problem. A hotel that's doesn't care about its customers. Will never book in it again

Attention l’appartement une chambre se situe au niveau inférieur sans vue sur l’extérieur. Cela n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. De plus, les photos de l’appartement de correspondent pas car on y voit un balcon avec vue mer mais il n’y en a pas. Et la moitié de l’hôtel est en rénovation. La piscine sur le roof-top n’est pas accessible.

1 킹베드가 있는 룸은 모두 지하에 위치하고 있음. 뷰가 없고 빛도 없다. 벌레가 많고 청소가 되어 있지 않았다. 저녁에는 모기가 너무 많아서 잠을 잘 수 없었음. 직원은 더 좋은 등급으로 추천을 해주었으나 기존 방의 2배 가격을 지불해야 한다고 함. 업그레이드 룸은 2베드룸과 2개의 방이 있어 커플 여행객에겐 너무 커서 별로다.

這是我此次約旦之旅住的第二家瑞享,整體都沒有死海那家好,尤其是服務。我在預訂時明確寫了此行是我們的紀念日旅行,酒店並沒有做任何佈置,前台也沒有跟我們表達祝福,不但不熱情,甚至第一晚還因為當天到的旅遊團把房間佔滿了,把我原本訂的大床房換成了雙床,這跟死海瑞享酒店的服務簡直天差地別。不會推薦身邊的朋友來這家,讓我很失望!
