The Airds Hotel and Restaurant

Airds Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we are very seasoned travellers. On arrival, we were greeted by Katie and shown into the lounge whilst she checked our room was ready, then she gave us a tour of the hotel culminating in our room which had the most spectacular views over the Loch

We were warmly welcomed on check-in and showed to our beautiful, spacious room over looking the sea. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave! The staff were fantastic from start to finish, friendly without being too full on. The hotel feels high end whilst also being very relaxed. An excellent base to explore the surrounding area. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night break at Airds. We had an amazing time. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a view of Loch Linnhe which was stunning. Our room was very comfortable, the bedding etc. all 1st class. A lovely touch of robes and slippers, tea, coffee and shortbread. Bathroom was great with lovely "Scottish Fine Soaps" toiletries, Dinner was wonderful with a great choice, presentation was fab. Lovely to dine in a room with a log fire and then an after dinner drink in a comfy seat, again with a log fire. Breakfast was freshly prepared and again a great choice. Juice, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast etc. Of you are looking for a break away from it all, this is the place to be. Airds is relaxing, quiet, lovely walks and views, we happily stayed in the area and even had a trip to Lismore (I really just wanted to cross on the ferry), but we had a walk too. We will definitely return. #AirdsHotel

We have just had an amazing two night stay at Airds Hotel. We have wanted to stay here for many years and it didn’t fail to live up to poor expectations. The staff are so friendly and helpful and we felt very looked after. It is so nice to have a hotel that also accepts well behaved dogs. The restaurant was such a nice space and the menus very well thought out, I can highly recommend pork belly and chicken. Our room 3 was just what we need, warm and cosy with a great view out over the loch to the mountains. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely over night stay, along with a gorgeous evening meal. The team were amazing, friendly, helpful and chat was great. Have stayed several times before, but this was the most relaxed experience we have had. Well worth a visit and planning on returning soon

It's one of the best hotel room views you'll ever see. The hotel is comfortably furnished, clean inside ( outdoor areas a little tatty) and the dining area is lovely. Breakfast is good with plenty choice and evening dining was enjoyable with the cuisine featuring plenty local options. The young-ish staff worked hard but at times were a little distracted and struggled when it was busy. It was also frustrating that exactly the same dishes were priced differently on the two evenings we ate. Overall one got the impression of a good attempt being made to restore the fortunes of an establishment which appears to have seen its star wane in recent years.
