The estate features a comfortable & spacious living room with 75" Smart TV, laundry, pool & spa with a sheltered patio, two King bed master bedrooms overlooking the pool with their own Smart TV's, and much more. You have a beautiful kitchen for cooking, a Keurig machine, and a backyard BBQ for grilling. This home is designed with your comfort in mind and allows you and your group to sleep comfortably. Welcome home! Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, and grill in our backyard. The spa is heated and complimentary with a Newly installed local control panel for your usage. The pool can be heated for a fee. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! If you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it in the canal in our backyard. Pool and Spa use subject to all pool rules being followed - guest assumes all risk for use of pool and spa and waives the right to claim negligence or malpractice in the event of injury - guest assumes all responsibility, and guest booking acknowledges and assumes the risk of pool and spa usage.
