It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. The first floor is a completely separate rental unit as well.Other things to noteThere are two parking spots in the driveway. There is ample street parking at the bottom of the hill.
