The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, cooking range, countertop oven, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a custom designed concrete shower and sink. The loft is owned by two artists whose artworks are on display. It is outfitted with high speed wi-fi, heating and cooling systems, and ceiling fans. The south facing covered 600-ft outdoor deck is ideal for lounging day and night.The building sits on a shared 8-acre ranchette with plenty of land on which you are welcome to roam. Gorgeous landscape extends in all directions, with quiet roads perfect for long walks. There are loads of bunnies, jackrabbits, and the occasional tortoise, javelina, fox, and other wildlife can be spotted. It is an especially good area for birding; the extreme silence only punctuated by the calls and songs of the many varieties of birds.The place is ideal for a couple or small family requiring room and tranquility. It's spacious inside and out, airy with lots of light.
