There are three units in total for the whole building. The upstairs is also a short-term rental, and the front of the downstairs is a business.I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed.*No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly.*There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy.*No parties, gatherings, or events of any kinds. This activity is not supported by myself or Airbnb. I have a maximum of 6 guest. The Peabody Flat is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Mountain View for the unique downtown experience. You’ll be amazed at all this little town has to offer. You are a short stroll away, from shopping, dining and music on courthouse square. The master bedroom is a king size bed with a twin bed. The common area is open floor plan with a nook in the back of room with a privacy curtain for the queen bed sleeping area. Another twin bed is located in the common area to accommodate another guest. Included in kitchen is a full size stovetop and oven, and household size refrigerator allowing you to cook meals at the Flat. Basic cookware, utensils and dishes provided, along with coffeemaker, and microwave.
