It is located at a private residence and is located on the 2nd floor of a separate building with its own private entrance. The coastal decor sets the tone for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. French doors open onto a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a good book or be enthralled by one of the many stunning Florida sunsets. The cozy kitchen includes an apartment sized 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a deep sink. It is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, tableware, glasses, cookware, 4-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, cutting boards, and food storage containers. The combination family room/dining room includes a queen sofa bed (extra sheets and blankets included) and love seat, a 55” Samsung LCD flat screen smart TV, a small personal desk with chair, and a dining table that accommodates 4 people. Bath towels, sheets/blankets/pillows, and an iron/ironing board are provided. There are also a few puzzles/cards/games for quietly passing the time. 1 GB wireless internet service is available. Be sure to bring your personal laptop or tablet if desired. Owner will also provide one starter roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for your convenience.For those with small children, we also have a highchair, pack-n-play crib (for infants only), double stroller, and 2 child-size cots available upon request.
