Although there are no garden grounds with the house, the beach and harbour are on the doorstep and there is normally on street parking to the front of the property.The area is renowned for its coastal walks and quiet beaches. Lundin Links and Lundin Links Ladies Golf Courses are close by and St Andrews, the home of golf, is approximately twenty minutes drive away. North East Fife has a wide range of facilities and attractions including award winning restaurants, beaches and historic buildings. The beautiful coastline provides the ideal setting for a variety of watersports and outdoor activities. Lower Largo is also well placed for access to the major towns of Leven, Cupar and St Andrews.
