The entire park-like area with about 10 hectares is fenced. This is followed by our own forest, in which there are wonderful walks. Hiking trails lead around the estate, also ideal for walking your dogs. At the horse farm on the estate there are riding possibilities on a school horse for children and adults. Riding lessons can be arranged with the riding instructor upon arrival. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor.The house is 9 km from the spa town of Bad Reichenhall, world famous for its brine and thermal baths, and 11 km from Berchtesgaden with the famous salt mine, Königssee and Watzmann. The World Heritage Site Salzburg is 30 minutes away by car.
