With 300 square meters of lawn, the property offers plenty of space to play and relax.Sleeping: 1 cozy bedroom (with king-size bed 180x200cm), as well as a spacious closet with quick access to the bathroom. You also have a wonderful view of the peaceful orchard.Living area: The living room area has modern and cozy seating elements. The sofa can be converted into a 160x200cm bed for 2 people. Our two armchairs can be folded out and offer a cozy night with 100x190cm for 1 additional person each. A Smart TV with Netflix access for relaxing evenings leaves nothing to be desired.Dining: In the spacious dining area, an extendable table provides enough space for relaxed meals, games evenings or simply socializing.
