However, aside from checking pool chemicals regularly and tending to the worm farm every morning, we are rarely in the space.We have a couple of small very friendly dogs (1 only there occasionally). The pool area is clean and tidy with a new, partially shaded deck to lounge on.We will always respect your privacy but are available for questions and advice as needed.As this flat is under a main residence there is some noise from footfall, and the main entrance, so if absolute quiet is your desire this may not be the property for you, but as we're family friendly, we don't mind the noise of the kids playing, so please don't worry!Guest accessAll areas of the flat, backyard and pool.
