Amazing place to stay in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes walk from Grote Markt and the waterside.
Beautiful rooms, and Nicolas was a welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Highly recommended. This property is a gem. The suites are in a beautifully restored centuries old building that is conveniently located near the main sites in central Antwerp. The Jan Zonder Vrees suites are historic, but have all the comforts of modern living, including the room’s well-appointed bathroom and high-tech systems for lighting and temperature control. Nikolaas, the owner and our commensurate host, made sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. He provided excellent suggestions for our visit based on our interests and thoughtfully provided recommendations for dining within an easy walk of the property. He also provided us with his signature crepes as part of his excellent breakfast

Our stay at Charming Suites Jan Zonder Vrees was superb.
Our room was a really pleasant surprise, clean, comfortable and spacious. It was amazing!
Nicolas was an awesome host who looked after us with any request and went above and beyond.
The position made it a very easy walk to the centre of town, shopping and restaurant *****s. And close to the river.
We certainly will return the next time we are in Antwerp.

The whole experience was wonderful! Nick met us and showed us around our big, spacious, charming room. The location was perfect and close to the town center. We had a lovely breakfast prepared by Nick, who went above and beyond to make our stay very special and memorable. Would highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay in Antwerp, made our three-day visit a total delight. Nicolas is the consummate host and everything about our suite was ideal. We will make it a point to return as soon as possible. Thank you.

This property was an absolute delight. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and very well decorated, including the separate seating area. The beds were very comfortable, with an actual queen sized mattress (not two twins pushed together). The bathrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast the following morning left nothing to be desired and probably the best meal of our trip. The property's location was fantastic, within the old city center. Finally, the host Nicolas, was the most pleasant and accommodating host I have ever encountered. Nothing disappointed.

Der Aufenthalt im Charming Suite in Antwerpen war ein besonderes Erlebniss.Nicht nur alleine vom Service und aussergewöhnlichen Sauberkeit, sondern von den liebevoll eingerichteten und der tollen Technik in den Zimmern.
Wir haben uns sehr,sehr wohlgefühlt.
Dankeschön für die persönliche Betreuung.
Nur Jan Sonder Vrees den haben wir nicht mehr angetroffen.Aber vieleicht erscheint er jemandem Nachts.
