Crowne Plaza Resort Changbaishan Hot Spring

Very nice place to stay already for the second time 👍🏼 would recommend it for everyone who likes a very clean hotel with a great hotspring, sauna and relaxation. The hotel staff also helped us book the tickets to the Changbaishan mountain with a VIP access (where you don't wait in lines). There is a small animal park behind the hotel - very nice for the small kids! The breakfast was delicious!! Very much appreciate the hospitality and see you soon Crown Plaza Team 🤝🏻😊

Located near the 天池 with special transport arrangement. Staffs were super helpful!

Very wonderful mountain view is available from the room. Enjoyed hot spring and had simple but happy dinner in the hot spring. First floor’s interior for breakfast was elegant and beautiful. Don’t forget the free bus to the train station which available with pre-booking in the front. Happy to have a super good service from the hotel teams 👍

管家邹明and 小张, have been super responsible, patient and responsive. Reponsible Few days before our stay into the hotel, they already started checking in with us about our itinery. With that, they took an initiative to arrange the tickets and transportation for us, from the moment we step into 长白山 till we left the hotel. Patience We are totally clueless that 长白山 doesnt have over the counter ticketing office till we about to step foot into 长白山. So for few days we were frantically trying to figure out how to buy the tickets online. Luckily, the 管家team patiently, with our broken chinese, guide us to getting the tickets. Responsive The team doesnt seem to be sleeping. Over the past few days, from pre check- in to post check-in, i have been sending messages/enquiries at different timing outside of working hours (11pm, 12 +am, 5am, 7am), and surprisingly they managed to timely answer them. Overall experience is 5 star.

My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. Overall, we loved our stay here and really recommend to anyone who might interest visit the Mountain Changbai. 维二的北坡酒店提供vip通道去长白山天池，节省了不少时间和精力。管家服务超给力，对孩子们特别好，两个小朋友都很喜欢这里。室内外的儿童乐园，萌宠乐园，自带的温泉泳池和小朋友玩水区，在去不了景区时间里，让孩子们完全闲不下来。

This place is very welcome and helpful in traveling to Changbaishan. The hotel always talk to us on WeChat about how to reserve a ticket to Changbaishan, Tianchi before we even come to the hotel. The hotel also support us with transportation throughout the whole stay. Beginning with bus picking us up at the Changbaishan station, going to the ski resort and also to the mountain. Very convenient. The food is also very good and the spring open until very late. The hotel always talk spring is amazing with many types of pool. I am very happy that i chose to visit this hotel and i hope to come visit again if i have the chance.
