＞ Lots of activities in hotel and very helpful staff ( a young man who wear glasses) even i'm a foreigner and he can't speak English well. ＞ free dinner and free breakfast are quite Korean tradional ( lots of vetgetables) Will recommended friends to go here and i will go agagin soon. thanks so much from 泰国人

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.

Hotel is very nice & clean. There are hot springs indoor & outdoor pool. Every staff is very nice and helping us a lot. They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

No hotel rooms are facing mountain, only when u climbing up to 3rd level then you are able to see the mountain from far . Quite misleading as the description stated : mountain view . Only one hot spring is under operational condition & the size is quite small and indoor. Moreover the operating hours only from 2pm to 10pm. Not really enjoy.

Small room, need to walk around like a crab if you have opened luggages. The hotel was constructed in a rush and the effects showed. The super plus point is the attitude of the workers, particularly 小王who went all the way out to ensure we had a good stay.

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

設施都很乾凈，温泉非常舒服，有高鐵站接送，服務很周到，總體來説挺好的。當天長白山景區都關閉了有點可惜，但是附近的摩託車和林原徒步挺好玩的

答應了前台老弟一定得給他家點評，我必須認真點評。酒店環境舒適，被一片樹林包圍着，很有冬天的感覺。上長白山也很方便 有vip通道，就是回程要換車，但是也通順利送回酒店。酒店有温泉♨️衞生也不錯，值得試試。臨時換了親子房，非常寬敞，大窗户可以眺望窗外雪景，太美了。唯一美中不足的是，房間有很多七星瓢蟲🐞但還是推薦你們來。

酒店在半山腰，去長白山玩的話很方便，工作人員從前台的姑娘小夥兒，到温泉和餐廳的大姐大叔，再到司機大哥都很好。餐廳尤其好吃！小雞燉蘑菇特別棒！我們一家子東北人都覺得特好吃！長白山太美了，真的是神聖之地，人傑地靈，值得一來再來。

設施：酒店自帶温泉，但是衹有兩個小池子，水也沒有特別乾淨，體驗了一次不想再體驗第二次。 衞生：衞生打掃不太及時，可能是因為太忙了？需要多次催前台才能被關注到。 環境：平均一天將近1500的費用，這個環境非常一般，不是為了去長白山的話不推薦。因為在山裡，吃的基本沒有，送的湯飯吃了一次也不想再吃，58一份的鍋包肉就像圖片上的那麼一點。 服務：前台態度倒還不錯，服務的阿姨和叔叔也都很好。個車司機脾氣挺大的，不敢溝通。 為了滑雪的話這裏免費三個小時還是不錯。

作為一個東北人 過年帶孩子出去玩 最主要的是酒店 因為孩子小 所以想找一個附近就可以玩的酒店 到長白山無非就是温泉 玩雪上項目 我真的特別推薦這家 先從服務説 我第一次感覺一個酒店裡的所有員工都那麼熱情 對帶小孩子的家庭總是那麼的細心 提醒安全第一 第二 雖然説帶餐食 但是我們並沒有報多大的興趣 可是太出乎我的意料了 不能説多美味 但是能感覺到不是預製菜 吃的很滿足 最值得説的就是温泉 不用出酒店就可以體驗一下 雖然不大 但是真的不擁擠 我們一家相當於包場 帶孩子體驗室外温泉的魅力 工作人員幫助我們照顧孩子 就害怕孩子摔倒 太貼心了 第三 去哪都有車 這對於出來玩的人 多麼幸福 我們一家三口是自駕 🤭 這就是此次的插曲 由於晚上太冷 車第二天發動不了 感覺天都要塌了 跟前台溝通 馬上就聯繫了一個司機 司機説幫我去找強啟 需要等一下 身為東北人知道冬天的山路多麼難開 等了2個小時 救星來了 哈哈 作為酬勞 我想給錢 人家説不用 怎麼都不要 就是説出來玩這點小事能幫一下 就幫一下 車輛救援哪有不要錢的呀 而且這跟酒店也沒有關係呀 我太太太太喜歡這次遊玩的體驗了 我必須強推這家店 我都想把這哥們電話發出來 這哥們三觀正直 旅遊找他必須放心

房間乾淨整潔，每天都會換新的用品和水，服務熱情貼心，前排小哥很熱情，温泉的大爺阿姨都貼心，幫忙安排車和推薦美食的杜師傅就像萬事通，有求必應……在酒店，有雪，有露天温泉，有原始森林，有羊駝🦙，可以好好玩一天
