Parking and accessibility: 4/5 Food: NO breakfast included 1/5 Room: spacious and cool AC with tv and wifi 3/5 Staff: 2/5 friendly but inattentive Bed: clean 3.5/5 Comfort Room: 2/5 has shower and bidet - my issue is that the units aren’t well maintained. The water heater is broken. Cabinet doors broken. Can’t bathe with warm water and you can’t complain at night because their reception closes 10pm. Tiles broken. No hair dryer. - staff are friendly and helpful but inattentive since we reported it the next morning but nothing was done. We reported again the next night again and again until they fixed it before 12mn.

It was an unpleasant experience from Check-in til we got to our room. The guys who accommodated us from reception did not conduct a proper check-in for us. I asked them for a wifi password and was told I’ll connect when I get to the room. When I got to the room, no wifi password was found, TV was not working, and they did not give me my acknowledgement receipt. By that time I was already extremely fatigued. I had 4 people come and go to try to fix wifi and tv but were unsuccessful. I finally suggested to switch rooms 🤦🏻‍♀️ And waited even LONGER. It was such an UNPLEASANT experience, the staff that welcomed us were extremely unprofessional. HOWEVER, I would like to commend only 2 staff, namely, Miss MELISSA and Sir JERIC. They were the only ones who managed the situation professionally and made up for the others’ shortcomings. Despite how angry I got, they were the only ones who actually did something other than say ‘Sorry’. So huge Kudos and Big Thanks to them!
