Friendly staff, very nice and polite. We loved the staff guy at night shift because he is always willing to help and try to make guest as comfortable as possible. We stayed at room #1 and it was good, nice double beds and very clean. They provided towels and essentials for all the days we stayed at this hotel. We are going back to Antigua and we already booked out last night at this hotel. The hotel has a wonderful location and they offer us 20% off in a nearby restaurant. I would recommend a mini fridge on each room because Antigua is a warm city and there’s no restaurant in the hotel so you might want to have a cold drink at your room instead of going out to find one. 100% recommended

The location is fantastic. It's very close to the central park and it's nice and quiet, with a lovely central garden. However! Breakfast is not available onsite as described. They offer a discount on a small selection of items at a place four blocks away (!) and call that "breakfast available". Very disappointing since that was a priority feature for us. Also, we never had a full hot shower. If we were lucky enough to dial in to some hot water it only lasted a few minutes. The staff weren't concerned. One of the beds was very comfortable and the other one was ... cardboard? To end on a positive note, we woke to lovely bird songs every morning.

Great prices, dont get me wrong. Staff need additional training. One of my hotel charges appeared on a fellow bill, despite we each have two separate names, two separate reservation and yet front desk still charged HER for my room. Second, there is no breakfast option. Fortunately, 100 meters away is the Guatemala chain restaurant of "San Martin." Great option. Price point is economical, hotel is safe, quiet and I can appreciate them having a water bowl and dog food dish for the occasional stray dog that wanders in off the street. Adds to the image of compassion. Please look at this photo I've attached; it's placed in the main walkway; there is no jacuzzi, there is no swimming pool, there is no food. RonPodmore.com

O serviço péssimo, o quarto impossível de estar - com um mofo insuportável. Nossa reserva já havia sido feita a meses e nos colocaram em um quarto que nem deveria estar disponível porque a condição em que se encontra está perigosa para saúde. A senhora da recepção foi completamente incapaz de conduzir a situação de forma profissional, não proveu respostas, um atendimento cuidadoso ou toma de resposabilidade. As cobranças são confusas e indevidas, o valor que se cobra no Booking é diferente do que, sem a autorização do cliente, é descontada do cartão in loco. Enfim, um horror total. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Cuando llegamos reportamos que no había internet, nunca lo solucionaron. Nunca tuvimos. El empleado del turno nocturno fue indiferente y sarcástico. La ropa de cama no estaba completa (no había sábana!!) y afuera de nuestro cuarto estaba toda la ropa de cama sucia de todo el hotel amontonada. La ropa de cama vieja y con manchas. A las 7:00am comenzó el ruido de la construcción de a lado, martillando directamente en la pared de nuestro cuarto. No hay descanso. No hay relación calidad - precio. Por la mitad del costo existen mejores hoteles en Antigua. No hay gerente, ni nadie que pueda darte alguna solución. Evítense las molestias. Nos indicaron que hablarían con los dueños (Es una cadena) para ver qué tipo de remuneración existiría.
