All services were perfect, except one lady at the front, who was not really eager to help us to solve the problem. What I felt as a customer was that she wanted me to pay directly again the bill, coz Trip.com did not send to the hotel the amount I paid. I lost my time and could not reach my appointment. Thanks to Mrs Miora (another lady at the front) the problem was solved smoothly.

Vegetarian Food is a worry

Great staffs and decent breakfast. I stayed for 5 days for business purposes. Communication was easy with the staffs and they are respectful. Supermarket and shopping mall are nearby. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was yummy. Hats off to the management.

I have been on a business trip and could only enjoy the outstanding kitchen of chef Christophe during a business lunch. His expertise shows in his dishes, a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, exotic as well as international and so nicely presented that it’s a real pleasure for all senses. An absolute Must if you are in Tana . On my next trip to Tana I will book at the Ibis to enjoy again Keep up the outstanding work! See you soon

Very good hotel. All restaurant staff are truly amazing. The chef is a Mauritian and prepares awesome dishes. He is always ready to prepare customised meals if ingredients are available. Very good customer service from all staff. If you have any particular request do not hesitate to reach to the staff who are available 24/7. Highly recommended!! I will certainly choose ibis again for my next visit to Madagascar.

So far I have sent at least 8 emails requesting a refund due to unforeseen circumstances curtailing our trip to Madagascar & no response to any although if I enquire about airport shuttle I receive a reply almost immediately! Really poor customer service from an Accor brand hotel and more so to one of their ‘loyal’ Accor members….. disappointed….

IBIS Antananarivo services have been transformed very positively. My experience this time was marvellous . 0 complaint. The services flew very smoothly and the presentation of the menu in the restaurant to the welcoming smiles at the reception and all the IBIS staff. Will remain memorable! Thank you Team...keep up the good work

I was traveling for work, and the first part of my trip was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even found me a doctor when I got sick one evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was pretty reliable. But it was a loud hotel. Initially there was some construction going on outside the window of my room, so even when my room got a bit stuffy it was hard to keep the window open long because of the noise. Then later in the week there were about 200 young athletes staying in the hotel and it descended into chaos. It's a really well-located hotel, and so you may still choose to stay. If you find it too loud, I recommend walking around the corner to Paradise Restaurant (actually I recommend this anyway!) the atmosphere is a peaceful buzz of excitement and the food is delicious!!

Great value for money. Convenient location. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety including vegetarian dishes. The head chef Christoph is a delight and strives hard to take care of the preferences of guests. He cooked some delicious vegetarian food. Highly recommend this place.

We spent our mandatory quarantine and later, much of our stay at the Ibis. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The highlights, however, are the fantastic restaurant, patio and most importantly, the staff. The whole team at the Ibis was fantastic. The servers at the restaurant are the best. They are personable and willing to help whenever they can. Excellent hotel!

Nous avons été ravis du buffet de pâques de cette année ! Le choix des plats était excellent, il y'avait pour tous les gouts, le tendre roti d'agneau, le poulet laque délicieuse et la grande variété des sushi. Après le magnifique buffet de desserts avec les fruits frais sculptes, la fontaine au chocolat et des des gateaux faits maison son particulièrement remarquables. L'ambiance était également décoré la manière festive, parfaitement dans la theme du Pâques. Le personnel était attentionné, amical et toujours s'efforcer de faire un séjour agréable aux clients. Un grand compliment a toute l'équipe pour l'excellente organisation et la haute qualité de la nourriture. On remercie en particulier le magnifique Chef Christophe, on lui a vue partout dans l'hotel, soit au accueil des clients ou pour conseiller des plats. Au moindre soucis c'était lui qui prennait soin a notre parfait satisfaction et c'était pas seulement pour nous mais pour tous le monde a l'hotel et toujours avec le sourire. C'est un vrai passionne de son metier qu'on ne trouve malheureusement plus souvent de nos jours. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement a l'aise et nous reviendrons certainement tres volontiers l'année prochaine ou a une autre occasion.
