The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room. That was very kind of them. It can be a bit noisy at night and the cleanness of the room can be improved. The breakfast is not very rich but the dinner is great.

An amazing Hotel. Refurbished since I last stayed. The reception and staff are welcoming, the rooms are amazing and more importantly the new Restaurant and bar are so elegant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Der Inn Hotel. Definitely going to stay there again. Highly recommend, thus my 5* Rating. Thankyou team Der Inn. Steve K (UK)

Came to this hotel for dentist work they provide the hotel (wasn’t my choice) pulled up late ish bare in mind this place is tiny the reception iv very cramped full of chairs and noisy people drinking, you can go in without walking past everyone pay like the walk of shame ‍♀️ so uncomfortable especially with your children. The room was ok ish very dirty no cutlery to even make a cup of tea nothing, the door handle broke in bathroom, the water omg was freezing I couldn’t believe it, the food is so overpriced we went to McDonald and brought it back to the room it’s says your not allowed but we did anyways, the wifi didn’t wok for day and having kids you need wifi and being in a foreign country we needed Netflix to pass the time so wifi is essential lol I think the best thing was the air conditioning was nice cold but also nice warm lol the worse part was just waling through reception and everyone looking at you it’s was horrible and the one girl omg you can imagine turkey teeth chatting up this bloke talking so loud and swearing and mentioning dirty talk she was so loud could hear her down the street, not once did reception say a word to ask her to keep down there are kids here. Again the small reception desk is on the corner and it’s all so claustrophobic everyone is squished in there is no room do roll Your cases through we just rather stay in the room out the way, When we return in a few months we haven’t gone with the dental accommodations (this place) we paid full wack for another place lids friendly with a pool and just more things to do, I wouldn’t return here it was to uncomfortable for me and my kids Another down fall is the smoking, they all smoke but the entrance and it all goes in the hotel it’s disgusting, if your young and single and smoke and LOUD then go there but it’s not a place for a family and wouldn’t return !!

We stay at the der inn as part of are package for are dental treatment the room were lovely and clean and very modern design the staff was very helpful nothing too much for them they let us have late check out with no extra charge which was very kind of them the area is very good everything is near there is a mall not far and a lovely coffee shop just a cross the road McDonald’s and Burger King and bars with walking distance nice quiet area

Can fault it really, staff are super friendly and quick in everything they do. Rooms are spacious (well mine was) only struggle was there wasn’t anything English on the tv but not exactly a major issue if you can bring a fire stick with you! Yusuf & gulsen

I stayed at this hotel while having dental work, and all I can say is that it has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, myself and numerous other people had money go missing from their room the hotel said they were going to contact the police nothing happened, if you are English please please avoid this hotel they will take any money they can from you, they food and drink in the hotel is overly expensive and they charge for stuff you haven’t even ordered.

We were met at reception and checked in which was a smooth process by the helpful staff. Oir room was good, spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and good pillows. However noise was an issue, we could hear other guests easily so at times impossible to sleep. The buffet breakfast wasn't brilliant but did find something to eat. Omlettes on request were great! Lication was good with plenty of places to eat and drink out. Wifi was inadiquate to be honest....often dropping and quite slow at times. Above all the staff...all of them were great, nothing too much trouble and had a few things sorted quickly without fuss.

This hotel is a great stop very accommodating the reception staff very obliging especially Yuseff who has become a great friend,the rooms are very big with king size bed and lovely shower with plenty of hot water,it has a lift to 3 floors. Robert Tozer Kent

First time in my life I was in hotel like this.The room , bathroom was dirty, The towels were so old that you fell off threads. Breakfast assortiment was not good, yogurt and jam was in i big bowls meats overheated, i was here for dental work, i would like to see small yogurts, soft bread with a chance to use a touster, half of plates chipped, I felt very uncomfortable during breakfast when four or five men are standing and looking at you, I feel like I'm in prisoner, Ater two day breakfast we are decided not go to breakfast in hotel but go somewhere else, receptionist girls can be more welcoming with smile on face, feels like -What are you want?why you disturbing me?Not recomended

The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the sea, to the old town is also not far to go by car. Beautiful waterfront and very safe. I noticed that in this hotel a lot of people from Russia and Cis, perhaps, so on the administration there are people who speak well in Russian, as well as in English. Service is very good, there were a few moments, but they were quickly resolved after contacting the administrator. Special thanks to Yiğit, Can, Berkay and Rasul. They are really cool guys and they will definitely solve your problems if needed. The rooms are nice and for the price they are really worth it. We traveled with a friend, a little worried about the music at night, but if you close the window you can not hear anything, also in the room was working air conditioning so in general the temperature in the room can be adjusted to your feelings. Breakfasts are also varied, but even if you do not find something to your taste, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. In general, the vacation was amazing, I recommend it to everyone.
