Miracle Resort Hotel

as a new married couple they gave us champagne and fruit and a free a la carte meal. Hotel was clean and tidy. the football was on so lots of things like the karaoke got cancelled ( shame). The Beach lets it down as its stoney. The midnight restaurant is a really cool idea

We came , here for Nawruz all is fine food , cleaning the staff is respectfull. We spending lot money for kind if trip all tkme want to take expectations. But the music and other entertinment programs we did not feel and see. So it was a little disappointing about fun. Ths concert was so expensive. Caring and interest in us of Guets relations team. Farima and Baytullah thnk you them for making colourfull oir vacation.

It was perfect , the guys from the lobby bar was amazing , everytime smiling and fast tô serve, the roem was very Nice and clean but the Server the lobby bar guys perfect Halli , vahit bural Ismail Zafer and Memet bicama friend of mine , about the food is really good and breakfast fanstatic

Nice hotel very nice and delicious food. The staff ist very polite and have a smile everywhere. The rooms are big and clean. Spa was very nice too. Hamam sauna and the Turkish peeling was an amazing experience for us. Guest relationships are also very good in their jobs a specially farimah and eda

Very Disappointed – Not Safe or Suitable for Families I would like to express how disappointed we are with our holiday at Miracle Hotel. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed mould on the bathroom ceiling and in the corners. We are staying with our 2-year-old, and it’s simply not safe to be in a place with mould. We reported it to the reception manager, and all they could offer was a mould spray—which is definitely not safe to use around children. Our daughter follows a routine and takes an afternoon nap every day, but she couldn’t because of constant construction noise outside. At no point during booking were we informed that there would be construction going on—this was a huge inconvenience. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor swimming pool, as we wanted our daughter to enjoy it. We were shocked to find out the water is freezing cold—completely unsuitable for a small child. The food has been another disappointment: very poor quality, with the same dishes every day. We've often left the restaurant still hungry because the options are so limited. This whole experience has caused my family a lot of stress and anxiety. We were truly looking forward to this holiday, and it has been completely ruined. This hotel is not a five-star hotel. Families with kids, please avoid this place at all costs. The way it’s advertised is completely misleading.

Absolutely Disappointing – Never Coming Back I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was just too frustrating to ignore. From the very start, the service at this hotel was a complete disaster. We had to wait more than half a day for housekeeping to clean our room. They didn’t come unless we called the reception multiple times to beg them. Same goes for the minibar – no regular refills unless we reminded them, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. Things went from bad to worse on the third day when my baby developed small pimples. Since we paid for healthcare insurance, we visited the doctor in the hotel expecting at least basic care. Shockingly, the doctor refused to even look at the baby unless we contacted our agency and provided a reference number. Otherwise, we’d have to pay €100 for the exam. This wasn’t just unhelpful, it was inhuman. The doctor was extremely rude and dismissive – the kind of behavior that ruins your trust in the entire place. That moment sealed it for us: we will never return to this hotel. To top it all off, I had my birthday during our stay. I was expecting at least a small gesture to make the day feel special, but the room decoration was pathetic, and the birthday cake was tiny, bland, and completely tasteless. It felt like an afterthought. All in all, we’re deeply disappointed with the whole experience. Poor service, rude staff, terrible customer care – not worth the money or the stress.
