Miracle Resort Hotel

My first holiday with my family and one I won't forget. From the first moment we arrived outside of the main entrance from the moment we left the hotel we were treated so brilliantly by the staff. I don't know why people say the staff are rude and don't speak much English, every staff member I came across spoke good English and were so kind and always willing to help. Shout out to the 2 maids who were responsible for keeping my room nice and fresh everyday I forgot there names but these 2 ladies were 10/10 in doing there job. Everyday I would return to my room and see it so nicely cleaned and kept fresh, new towels everyday and the mini bar topped up everyday. The hotel itself is immaculately clean from top to bottom, no dust no smell just very very well cleaned and maintained. The lobby is huge, plenty of seating to relax and also a bar if you needed a drink. The main restaurant was amazing even thou it was quiet busy there was no problem in finding a table. And again a shout out to the staff in the restaurant especially the chef's, the food was wonderful there is so much choice to choose from so you won't get bored of eating the same thing everyday. What I loved most about the restaurant was you don't have to touch any food yourself like you do in most other resorts, whatever you wanted and how much of it you wanted the chef's would serve you a plate with a nice smile on there face's, they would not look at you in a way where you would feel ashamed of asking for too much food. You would then take your plate to a table where a waiter/waitress would come over and ask you what drinks you would like to be served. With me having a 1 year old baby with me they would come over with a high-chair without even me requesting for one. What else can you ask for? We didn't go to the a la carte restaurants but did try the donner house which again the food and service was 10/10. The mini snack bars by the beach we're wonderful, pizza, burgers, fried chicken, jacket potatoes and ice cream were amazing. Take yourself a plate and head to the sunbeds by the beach and just relax enjoy your meal and the wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea. The pool's and slides were good as well the only downside about the pool's were that the water was cold. Even the indoor pool was cold which I was quiet surprised with. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again if I was to come back to Antalya. Another big thank you to all the staff without their kindness my holiday wouldn't have been the same. Looking forward to seeing you all again in the future.

Great holiday, great hotel, great pools and some amazing staff. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was spotless bed very comfortable nice strong shower. Housekeeping done an amazing job every day. Some bar staff (pictures included) not all, were very welcoming and nice. We read some bad reviews regarding the food but we found the total opposite, always a good choice and good quality especially the cakes ! ! Waiting staff are busy and try their best, but a very special mention to the busiest staff member we have ever came across, ever. That is Pelin, she was non stop, always helpful, always pleasant and kind , always trying to catch every table, unbelievable workrate, an absolute asset to the Miracle. Thank you PELIN , you made a good holiday great . Husaiyn at customer relations was also a helpful cheery chap. The only downside for the both of us , was that the sun loungers are too close together. Could be doing with a little less round the main pool. The noise at night from the neighbouring Titanic is way too loud And this complaint is outwith the Miracles responsibility so will never be going next door. Entertainment, some nights was really good not so on others. A quiet hotel overall which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be returning

Wow what can I say this hotel is absolutely stunning so beautiful can't complain about anything in this hotel. Being to Turkey 7 times this is only hotel were our family has liked the food, plenty to choose from especially food choices near the pool area. Entertainment team are absolutely fantastic always on the go very friendly always have things for you to do. Especially the girl who done Aqua gym don't know her name but absolutely loved her ❤️ ♥️ she's soooo fun and lovely. Some of the shows on the night are fantastic we loved it here would definitely come back. The workers in the hotel and the gardeners are so hard working never stop hotel is spotless and friendly. Back to the uk we go be sad to leave. Absolutely beautiful Thank you Mircle resort for all the family memories hope to come back here 1 day xxx

Highly recommend this hotel. This hotel has absolutely everything you need for an amazing holiday. We have just returned after an amazing 7 days stay. The staff work so hard and are all absolutely amazing. We would like to give a special mention to Hakki he went above and beyond all week and made our visit to Miracle Resort even more special Food and drink: are all of a very good standard there is something for everyone. The buffet restaurant gets very busy but we always managed to find a table.the staff serve you the food from behind glass this keeps everything looking great and more hygienic. They use all branded drinks for example Gordon's Gin/smirnoff vodka. Snacks bars are open from 11am and serve things like burgers, fries, Southern fried chicken, pizzas, jacket potatoes and ice cream. Pool areas: Fantastic. Water slides are great 2 of the slides are for 12 years and over. No problem getting a sundowner at anytime of day. Beach: this has a beach bar and fruit bar, lots of sun loungers and a small park. The sand has little pebbles mixed in with sand so may be advisable to have water shoes for younger kids. Entertainment: Children's disco starts at 20:30 followed by kids entertainment and then a show for example acrobats. Then at 22:30 they have a singer/party night on. We enjoyed most of the entertainment. Photos: There is a photo shop where you can book to have professional photos done they are roughly €10 each. But the more you buy they often give you a discount. If you are thinking of coming here. Give it a go.

Miracle Hello, Every year, I usually spend my vacation with my family in one of the hotels in Antalya. I wanted to share my experience of staying at the Miracle Hotel on August 20th to 28th. It was a very good hotel, even though it was fully booked, but it had the best service for everyone. In the way that you didn't need to wait at all in different parts of the restaurants, and the animation team had a good animation team for the evenings and had good programs for children and children during the adults' breaks. I had booked another hotel for my stay, but due to lack of space, I had to come to this hotel, and I am very satisfied with what happened and thank the management here. The food is of very good quality and with a suitable variety that changes every day, of course, there are some foods that are fixed on a daily basis, which are popular and are served in a very good health condition. On the last day, after check-out, due to the delay of my flight, the management of reception asked me to use the hotel facilities until late at night when the airport transfer arrives. We had a 14-night stay at Miracle in August 2024 with our two sons (age 10 & 7). The hotel itself is very modern and clean, with good size rooms. The food choices were plentiful with a wide choice of dishes and different nightly themes within the main restaurant. Unlike most all-inclusive buffets, the food here is served to you. The A La Carte restaurant was also lovely - we enjoyed their Turkish menu there one night. There were also outlets near the pool during afternoon (burger/chicken & chips, pizza or jacket potatoes, plus ice cream), and also a kebab cafe, pita hut and BBQ serving in the gardens area, plus fruit at the bar nearest the beach in late afternoon, an afternoon tea in the main lobby bar from 5-6pm and a post-midnight snack offering (which we didn't experience!) so there was never an excuse to be hungry! There was also a wide range of drinks (with international brands) and you can ask for other cocktails than are advertised, such as Aperol Spritz. The main pool is huge, with accompanying kids pools, two other normal-depth pools, an indoor pool, a splash park and also slides for both grown-ups and smaller children. Most staff were friendly, and Resul from the animation team was particularly engaging, especially to our children. Resul also ran the twice-daily darts games in the bar area. The main pool also had activities through the day (such as aqua gym, water polo and midday challenges). There was a mini-club which we didn't use as our children felt too old when they looked in. The gym was well-equipped, although lacked any towels for use when exercising (I took my own after my first visit). The evening entertainment in the amphitheatre varied in standard and some of the main stage bands/singers were not to our taste. Guest relations were also helpful, particularly when our son's bedtime teddy disappeared (wrapped up in the duvet most likely) and was returned to us following an adventure through the washing machine. We also had an issue with our safe late one night (beeping but not opening) but this was quickly resolved with batteries replaced within 30 minutes. Some of the negatives we came away with: there was an incident one afternoon where faeces appeared in the pool (and also washed onto the side) - we informed staff from housekeeping, lifeguards, animation team and someone from the mini club and it took at least an hour to deal with. In that time, the pool remained open (with children shouting at others to swim away from affected area) and it was only our suggestion of placing a "wet floor" cone near the area which stopped people trying to enter via the closest stairs. We avoided this pool for the rest of the day. As so often happens, sunbeds were often reserved from early morning. On one occasion, we saw housekeeping remove some towels from unattended sunbeds close to us, but did not leave a note. Another group then used these beds but when the original group appeared this then caused a heated argument with no member
