Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Помогли снять машину. Близко к морю. Из минусов:петух орет и днем и ночью, не дает спать, матрас продавлен, иногда нет полотенец.

Отличное месторасположение, пляж, магазины, кафе все рядом. В номере есть все необходимое.

We had a very nice stay. All the staff made sure daily, that we all had a lovely time staying there. There are several shops just few steps away. The beach is very nice in Anse Royale. Few minutes ride from the airport. The apartments are spacious.

Stay at La Villa Therese with my wife and our daughter her husband and our young grandchildren, staff and management could not do enough to adapt our apartment to suit our needs, swooping out beds to suit and providing a travel cot for us. Even though it was self catering one of the staff for a small fee even cooked us a traditional Creole meal with the fish we caught during a fishing trip. There was free beach towels provided free of charge every morning apartments were clean and tidy when we had a couple of issues their maintenance man was prompt to resolve them. One great service provided was the apartment washing machine as with two under threes our daughter got through two or three sets of cloths a day per child.

We really enjoyed staying at our apartment at La Villa Therese, all was so nice, new and clean and peaceful... and the girls at the reception were really kind. We recommend this place also for the position, you can reach the center of Anse Royale and the beautiful beach in a few minutes by feet.

My stay at La Villa Therese was unforgettable. Roddy, Patrick and the Team were Superb. The staff was incredibly accommodating from the cleaners to the gardener we were treated like family. The location is ideal a few steps to the market, grocery stores, restaurants not to mention the Beach. The apartment is spacious ,bright and clean. It felt like a home away from home. My time there was well spent and I look forward to returning.

First of all, I want to thank the staff for all the help, wonderful people! The accommodation was great, very spacious and clean and well equipped with everything you need. Every day someone came to clean your apartment, the towels and bed linen were changed often, plus they offered to wash your clothes without paying anything. The beach was two minutes from the villa, they provided towels that you can use for the beach for free. They help you rent a car because you need it if you want to visit other places and it would be a shame not to rent a car because the island is a dream. The only minus I can give is the Internet which is difficult but I know that they are aware of this problem and as far as I understand they want to solve this problem. We will definitely come back to stay with them again.

We spent 10 days here this month as a family of three. The staff were really friendly and helpful (even loaning my 6 year old a bodyboard for a few days!). The apartment was a good size and the location was great for exploring the island. There was quite a bit of noise as a hotel is being built next door but this is not Villa Therese fault and couldn’t be helped - just worth being aware of for the next couple of months. We’d certainly return here.

I choose this location for a 2 nights stay in Mahe based on the good reviews, nice pictures showing the accomodation and proximity to Anse Royale beach. Was expecting a nice and clean apartment but got instead one that was not properly cleaned and definitely needs renovation. Kitchen and bathroom were hardly usable (all the equipment in the kitchen was dirty, sticky fridge door, etc, did not dare to touch anything. Bathroom was also not properly cleaned). In the courtyard some unusable dirty plastic chairs. I do not recommend the place and would not return here.

Patrick and Roddy were incredibly accommodating, they wetn above and beyond the expected. Roddy was practically family by the end, calling my mum his mum too. Roddy son was very sweet and played well with my kids. They did so much, the barbecued food was amazing. The place was kept clean and the rooms were all spacious. The tour around the city was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to Seychelles.

I would like to thank Patrick (owner) who picked us up at the jetty & gave us tps around the island. Roddy (manager) was amazing aranged everything for us during our stay. They are so nice & humble, easy to communicate & always there for you if you have any questions or need something. All the staff are amazing especially the grill master (Simsi if i'm not mistaken) We just bought fresh fish & he tooks care of it & prepared for us for dinner. The apartment is big spacious, cozy & very clean. It's alse just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy & everything you need is around the neighborhood. We enjoyed every moment of our stay on this island because of the people like Patrick, Roddy and all the team. We will surely comeback again & I hope soon. Highly recommended for everyone!

Отдыхали на Сейшельских островах, впервые заранее все спланировали , были отмечены все достопримечательности и маршруты на о.Маэ и на наш взгляд локация Анс Рояль самая удобная в шаговой доступности два пляжа , три «чоп шопа» , рыбный рынок , рыбный магазин , агрорынок , есть кафе и две точки с фастфудом , жили в номере 18 , отличный номер с балконом по стилю евро двухкомнатная квартира с кухней на которой удобно готовить полный набор посуды ( турку для кофе брали с собой , любим кофе ) , для приготовления еды никаких проблем , хозяин отеля Патрик очень радушный человек и его супруга всегда отвечали на любые вопросы и помогали советами , уборку осуществляла девушка из Филиппин просто прекрасно, идеально чисто , мы брали в аренду машину в номере практически не сидели , приезжали и то не всегда на обед , ужинали на балконе , внизу в первом корпусе есть гриль на газоболонном оборудовании , постояльцы семейные пары с детьми из России и Великобритании, несколько британских и французских пенсионеров , просто семейные пары. Отель апартаменты рекомендую, если полетим на Сейшельские острова то не задумываясь будем бронировать этот отель Патрик привет тебе от Константина и Татьяны

Удобное расположение. Пляж минут 5-7 через дорогу. В шаговой доступности много магазинов, аптека, рынок ( фрукты/овощи/свежевыловленная рыба, 2 тэйк эвэя ( в обоих вкусно). Автобусная остановка, заправка. Виллы две , старая и новая. Старая всего на шесть номеров с двумя спальнями, в новой одна спальня. Мы жили в старой, третий этаж, апартаменты #5. Есть все необходимое : фен, холодильник, стиралка, микроволновка, электро чайник, тостер, рисоварка и капельная кофемашина. На этой вилле есть духовка, на новой нет. Кондиционер в двух спальнях в каждой комнате вентилятор, кроме кухни. Кастрюли/ сковородки/чашки/тарелки/фужеры, столовые приборы, ножи всё есть. Минусы, тоже есть, но незабываем, что это три звезды Нет ни чего из средств личной гигиены ( шампунь, гель и т д ), полотенца только для тела и пляжные, нет для рук/ лица/ ног. Посуда грязная, плохо работает слив на кухне, плохой напор в ванной. Уборка , очень относительная. За 14 дней один раз поменяли постельное. Полотенца меняли, если приходили ( если правильно поняла уборка понедельник, среда, пятница). При бронировании от 4 дней бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, от 10 дней трансфер в аэропорт.

Appartamenti self catering grandi e dotati di tutti i confort ! Situato in una zona ben servita di negozi di vario genere,fermate autobus e direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia anse royal! I gestori dell' hotel gentilissimi e disponibilissimi sempre! Unica nota : il bagno del nostro appartamento era un po' datato andrebbe vivamente rimodernato! Pulizia appartamento 3 volte alla settimana! Del resto consiglio vivamente!!!
