I had a deeply disappointing experience with Le Relax Hotel and Restaurant. Despite advertising a "flexible cancellation policy," the hotel refused to accommodate me when I discovered that my cancellation request had not been properly registered. I acted in good faith by contacting the hotel just a few hours after the cancellation deadline and several days before my scheduled stay. However, they flatly refused to reverse the full charge or even offer a compromise, despite having ample time to rebook the room. This rigid and inflexible approach is entirely unreasonable, especially given that I immediately reached out to resolve the issue. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, prioritizing their rigid rules over basic fairness and goodwill. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and a property that cares about its guests, I strongly advise booking elsewhere. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I regret ever making this reservation.
