The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

We just spent an amazing 2 nights at the Lakeview hotel. I want to especially thank Sam who went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed and helping us book everything from meals to tours in the area. I was there with my wife and kids and the family facilities were superb. A great pool with a kids area (slide and all) , jacuzzis on the side as well. There was also a kids club so the little ones always had something to do. The hotel really had a view on a lake and forest island, highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the cities.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staffs

Hotel is beautiful and very new. Amenities are incredible. Some of the staff is a bit inexperienced. Breakfast was good but dinner was absolutely amazing!!

第一次入住這家酒店體驗不錯，我本很少寫評語的但這次入住給了我驚喜，本是帶着家人出門放鬆的到地後果真來對了。從進門就有門僮熱情幫忙拿行李因為帶着孩子行李有點多小哥熱情的幫忙，前台的工作人員也很貼心見我們帶着小孩就特意把房間安排離小童遊樂區近的電梯附近的房間。最驚喜的還是小童遊樂區果真是解放家長雙手的好去處，孩子很喜歡玩都不願意離開，嚷着下次還來。酒店硬件設施也是滿分，玻璃是一鍵霧化模式很方便。酒店早餐也挺不錯，品種豐富。

硬件一百分。整個酒店非常非常的安靜。酒店設計得非常有品味，審美很棒。房間很大很舒適，陽台的風景無敵。有小朋友玩的娛樂室，小童泳池，水温38度，非常貼心。前台服務約等於無，我們到的當天門口沒人，一位看上去是大堂經理的男士迎上來幫我們拿行李，非常貼心的介紹各項服務，整個酒店好像衹有他在認真做着本質工作。前台的兩個女的和一個高個子男的感覺來這裏擺爛的，業務超級不熟練。問啥啥不熟。我在房間大電話給前台問是不是可以約馬術課，説是的。問怎麼約怎麼收費叫我下去約個，等到我下去了要我自己約，説衹有羣，那***要我下來前台約啥呢？你直接電話告訴我自己約不就完了。然後我自己大眾點評搜電話自己約的。讓他們電瓶車送吧，那個高個字男的面無表情，和他説謝謝也不迴應。這麼不想上班就別出來啊。房間搞衞生的大姐不錯，非常有禮貌，做衞生很乾凈。這間酒店的前台0分都不想給。酒店的工作人員非常少，感覺整個酒店就是擺爛了，浪費了這麼好的硬件，貴公司的管理層應該好好換一下了，不過如果你們錢多人傻，並不想賺錢，當我沒説。

因爲朋友的推薦所以第一次一家人到昆明選擇入住玉龍灣湖景酒店。一進門就被酒店大堂驚艷了，乾淨舒適採光好，一眼望滿是翠綠林蔭。酒店免費為我們升級帶巨大浴缸的客房，知道我們帶著2名幼童，提前把床變成榻榻米大床，還圍了三邊床圍，讓大人小孩都可以安心休息。小孩生病了發高燒嘔吐腹瀉，酒店職員二話不說立即跑到外面超市幫忙買電解質飲料，知道我們需要比較多的水，每次收拾房間都特地多放幾瓶水，這種細心是超越了5星服務的水準。特別感謝酒店大使山姆，每次出門和回酒店都熱情招待我們一家，給孩子們大大的擁抱，還教他們講普通話。食物水平也是超班，基本上比外面所有餐廳都更勝一籌，重點是吃完不口渴，說明沒有過多的鈉或添加劑。這是一家充滿愛和人情味的超5星酒店，再到昆明一定再入住！

酒店大堂很有設計感，前台還有免費的茶飲，服務好的沒話説，不僅熱情，而且效率高，基本有求必應，客房阿姨打掃的很乾凈，兩次需要小童用品響應很快且很耐心，給所有服務人員一個大大的贊！

這次入住的湖景酒店，簡直給了我一個大大的驚喜！房間擁有超大落地窗，躺在陽台上就能將波光粼粼的湖水和遠處的山巒盡收眼底。清晨看薄霧輕籠湖面，傍晚賞落日熔金染紅天際線，那份寧靜與開闊，瞬間治癒了所有疲憊，感覺整個身心都放鬆了下來，這才是度假該有的樣子！ 值得一提的是酒店的早餐品質也很好，燒餌塊強烈推薦！最後必須要誇獎的是酒店的旅拍服務，攝影師阿樂技術好、人也特別耐心細緻。強烈推薦給追求美景、美食和舒適體驗的朋友，絕對物超所值，真正做到享受度假的每一刻！

第二次入住玉龍灣湖景酒店了，還是一如既往的好！果然沒有讓我失望。空氣清新，逃離城市擺脱班味道。玉龍灣湖景酒店你值得擁有！
