When i reached to the hotel, they used to tell me that there is no booking like this, and i have to search another hotel in the morning at 3. 30 am, i did not use your facility, then why should i pay. Very very poor service atlist check once the hotel status before adding in your list. I will not pay a single rupee as i did not use your facility.
