I recently visited and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the place lacks basic parking facilities, which made it very inconvenient. Additionally, the employees were rude and displayed no sense of customer service. This made the entire visit unpleasant and frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future customer

Overall it was a good experience but 2 things were missing, 1) no generator backup for frequent electricity shutdowns. 2) no hot water even though their is solar system installed.

The rooms where stinking and bathroom had lot of insects and the ac was not in working condition. Will never book this because the hospitality was horrible
