Cleanliness, well organised set up, polite, well behaved staff, good food and awesome ambience. Great pool. Overall a wonderful holiday stay option. Hire a scooter and visit all nearby beaches. We stayed here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the time. We will definitely come back anytime in future.

The ambience was very good the room was very spacious the service was very nice and the staff was very friendly and supportive specially housekeeping team specially mention mr kailash meena (housekeeping manager) he was very helpful in every manner

I just want to tell one thing there is a staff from name of Mr Anil. He’s very unprofessional or very unhygienic is not well groomed, I didn’t see any front desk person like unhygienic. He is very rude and he don’t have to speak with the Guest in a right way, kindly look into him and Speak to him how to deal with the Guest. I will recommend to all my friends. Don’t not come to this property because they all was unhygienic and unprofessional.

At the time of check-in, we waited so long to get the room ready the food was too good in the whole property. The good thing was only the food. If I asked for beer bucket, they giving beer on a tray I have been to so many hotels,. If we ask for the beer, bucket they will give ice cube bucket, but here they will serve the beer in a normal tray and the restaurant department, there forcefully asking us to keep good reviews. If you said okay, there was asking our Mobil’s. it was not a good thing because everyone has their privacy in their mobiles and the person from restaurant. Leicester, he is looking at my daughter in a wrong way. I observed it twice I have been to Grand continent hotels in Bangalore. Also compare to Bangalore hotels in this property. It was not the stands. Hope you better your standards.
