The rooms are nice and neat but there is barely any service available it’s at a distance from the markets so some kind of vehicle has to be hired to move around to get to any kind of food or drink place

It was a terrible start from the beginning. Not only were there no host or caretaker to welcome me, but the reply on asking water after checking in was the best-‘Why didn’t you get it yourself?’. This made the next few days living in the room an absolute nightmare. RO wasn’t working, washing machine wasn’t working, no intercom to call any kind of service. I asked for a cup of tea, and the standard answer was no milk or no sugar😂.. I would suggest all you good people, stay away from Cozy homes and the so called takers Rituraj and Jay. No wonder they follow a no refund policy. Horrible experience this year in Goa.

Incorrect address updated on mmt, which ended up costing extra money for us to travel around. However the staff was friendly but was told that it was mmt's mistake for not updating the address

Enjoyed a lot during the stay. Wonderful l amenities! 2 bedrooms with ac and bath are neat and clean. Caretakers are easy to go and helpful person.

Nothing in the photos will match reality. It is stinking. Cats roaming around all over the place with dead mouse in their mouths. There was no electricity for 4 days. No water to drink or wash or do anything. No water at all. No amentites written are given. No towels. No courtesy to talk properly. Owner is rude and staff is unprofessional and abusive. No power back no power to even charge phones. It’s worse than a slum i think. Slums have more amenities
