Our stay at Knossos Royal was absolutely amazing, a palm paradise. It is a wonderful place to vacation and is made up of wonderful people who try to make your vacation perfect. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ilias for his management skills and approach, Mrs. Lucia for the perfect cleaning, Georges at the pool bar, Mr. Karaviotis at the reception and Bill as a lifeguard at the pool. Great animator Tamara from Hydrotour..great what she is every make for children and people..A big thank you to all.

Honestly the staff cannot do anymore for you! Takes luggage to and from the room and very friendly. There was only one time we returned to the room where the bed wasn’t made which was sorted straight away! Cleaners do an amazing job and are a credit to the hotel. We have a 3 year old which we spent all the the time at the kids pool which he loved! Only downside is the main pools are very busy at like 10 so it made impossible to get around the pool, although only managed it one time. Wish there was more direction as to where the kids stuff was and bit more detail into things to we wasn’t unsure, an example would be changing the beach towels and how often we can change them. Overall though an amazing place! Everyone is lovely and even help arrange things you want to do! The room was very basic and could have done with being updated or renovated

​Our family recently had the most wonderful time at the Knossos Royal. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the grounds. The hotel is laid out like a charming Greek village, with beautiful gardens and pathways leading to the pools and the private beach. It was a pleasure just to walk around and take in the scenery. ​The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The service in the restaurants and bars was top-notch, and they made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from at the buffet, and we especially loved the themed nights. We also had a great experience at the à la carte restaurants; the Greek one was a particular highlight! ​The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely view from our balcony, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. Our kids had a blast at the pools and the beach, and the animation team was brilliant—engaging but never pushy. ​Overall, it was a perfect holiday. The location, the fantastic food, the lovely staff, and the beautiful setting all made for an unforgettable trip. We're already talking about when we can return!

Our vacation here at Knossos Royal was amazing. For us being a big family with parents, our kids, and grandparents the facilities of the hotel helped us to enjoy our time. The food was also great. Our kids had lots of fun at the pools and beach. We would like to thank a lot Cristian for the fantastic experience he offered us. The photo session was full of fun. We all had a great connection with him during the photo session but also during the rest of our holiday, talking and laughing every day together. He knows what means to create a connection with peope of any age (from kids to grandparents). He is a really great photographer, we are truly satisfed with the lovely pictures he took. It was very hard to decide because all of them looked incredible and in the end we bought sooo many. He speaks also a bit Polish and that made everythink much nicer for us. Thank you so much Cristian. You have a great personality that made us like you a lot. You are a very good person. The experience that we had here was great. We liked the food and the pool. The kids pool was a great plus for our little daughter. We really want to thank Cristian for the wonderful photo session that we had with him. The whole time spent with him was lovely. He offered us a lovely experience and we are very happy and satisfed with the photos we bought. That's why we want to recommend him to everyone. He is a really great and super nice professional guy.
