We had a lovely stay at Numa, Ivy. Everything we needed was there. The breakfast boxes were a great add on! Check in and check out are super easy and very convenient. There is enough parking availability, and it’s just a short drive to Salzburg! Would definitely recommend!

A lovely quiet location opposite the zoo and Hellbrunn Palace, and a bus ride direct to Salzburg or a short ride the opposite direction for the cable car. A lovely hotel with a fab view over the mountains from the back. Only downside for maybe a solo traveller is that there is no reception but on hand via whattsapp. Restaurant is not attached but def worth a visit as the food was wonderful. Not too far from other hotels and we found a couple of nice restaurant/bars.

I get sick at the very first evening and so we must leave. So mercy for us. We had all to pay. No accomodation to us. But if we stayed the Holiday wouldnt be nice. It smelled at the hotel, the indoor climate into the room was really bad and it was dark. Not so shiny like on the photos. And so Most horrible thing was the energy. When you are sensitive don’t go to this place. The only good thing with this hotel is the view to the Mountain.

Rooms are new and hotel with pastel colurs looks pleasant. Rooms are small but manageable. Location is good. 500 m from zoo and bus stop. Takes 20 mins to reach Salzburg. Staff is quite unhelpful even for normal tourist queries like where could we go etc. Nespresso Coffee was nice. AC did not work properly and there is no one to answer queries too. But if you have car and are self dependent, it is good at a budget price if available. Rooms are on the road so quite disturbing.

No reception staff, the person behind the desk was only for the restaurant, no help at all. We weren’t sent an email regarding how to get into our room. We had limited internet access and unable to receive text messages. We needed to know the room number and a code. Nearly an hour later we were able to access our room Had to carry our suitcase up the stairs. Room was quaint, lovely view of the mountains. Room was above restaurant and cigarette smoke was wafting into our room from the smokers sitting outside. Complimentary water and coffee ( pod machine supplied ) There is a restaurant below, but advise not eating there. Very expensive, the waiter that served us was very impatient and a tad rude. Would we stay here again… hmmm probably not .

Terrible property. Cramped rooms. Not at ALL as advertised. No air conditioning. Katerina from customer service was entirely useless and refused to give us a refund despite the false advertising. I have never encountered a company with such abysmal customer service. Photos were a lot more pleasing than this and nowhere does it say they don’t have AC. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Very cosy stylish room. A bit further away from the city. Around 5 minutes walking to the bus stop. But in 20 minutes you are in the city. Convienent self check in. Amazing view, would 100 procent recommend!!

Visited last September when my boyfriend & I where in Salzburg, from the pictures I saw the view the room had &n fell in love with it immediately. Not disappointed at all, the picture matches the view in reality no filters. The room was very clean & decorated to high standard with coffee machine also.
