I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and frequent miscommunication. Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues with the front desk staff, who seemed disorganized and were often unhelpful. There were multiple misunderstandings regarding my requests, and I speak Portuguese, so no reason for that! I felt that the front desk team lacked the professionalism and efficiency expected from a hotel of this standard. On a more positive note, I would like to highlight the staff at the breakfast area. They were always polite, attentive, and made my mornings much more pleasant. Their friendly attitude was a bright spot during my stay. In summary, while some staff members were very nice, especially during breakfast, the front desk service left much to be desired. I hope the management will address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.
