Yannis is a very nice man. The appartement was very clean, the beds were very special, we never had such a good matress in Greece. When we came there, there were some specialities of the house. The taste was wonderful. He gave good tips to visit splendid places.

I visited Andros for first time, with my family. We stayed to Villa Arni. It was excellent, our staying there. First of all, the location is excellent, because you are close to Mpatsi but not so close in order to face parking issues, noise, etc... The room was spacious and very clean. The owners were friendly and always keen to help you for any of our question/concern. I strongly recommend it. I will visit again Villa Arni to my next time to Andros.

Perfect location with 2 beaches and all the restaurants at your feet. The rooms are all you could need, and scrupulously cleaned daily. Most importantly the couple who own this give the best advice and support to ensure you have a stay beautiful enough to want to return. And return....

My family of four stayed in Villa Arni for three nights in June. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment was very nice and view of the beach and village was lovely. We very much appreciated the fact that they provided beach towels for the whole family and an espresso machine. We also got delicious treats and a gift which was a lovely touch. We would definitely choose to live there if we go back to beautiful Batsi. ❤️

We spent a week in villa arni and our experience was really good: the room was very clean and comfy (supersized bed particurlarly), nice outside private garden with everything you need to relax and enjoy the evenings. Walking distance to two nice sand beaches and also connected with the local transportation bus. The host, Artemis, was kind and really helpful, providing us with useful tips and advices about places to visit in the island. Highly recommended!

I am a little bit late with the review of this fantastic place! I have been here from July 23 to August 3 with my family, my husband and my son of 21. The house was very nice, clean and well equipped. This is the best place to stay, near to Batsi villlage and its restaurants but also to the beaches of the western coast of Andros. Special thanks to Yannis and Artemis who are wonderful hosts. Upon our arrival we have also found a welcome gift with home made products and during our staying Artemis gave us a delicious home made cake! We will certainly go again to Villa Arni! Always a relaxing holiday with great hospitality from the hosts to make it more enjoyable! A good location with only a few minutes walk to the beach, the best local taverna, and comfy beds. What more could you want?! :)

Great room even better than expected! We visited 1-4 September, the hostess Artemis was extremely helpful and charming. The room was cleaned every day and we were also welcomed with local delicacies! I’d recommend to anyone who wishes to have the best time in Mpatsi, Andros!

Villa Arni is the place to stay in Batsi. Literally 3 minute walk from the heart of Batsi. Giannis is very friendly and always there to help. The apartment is very clean, it has house cleaning every day and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
