Expensive but very dated hotel, check in staff were unmotivated, no greeting, minimal interaction, one of them were doing her make up at the desk, it seemed very unprofessional. Room size was acceptable, we requested twin beds and didn’t realise the second bed was a pullout couch converted, and it was uncomfortable. Pillows and blankets had a funky smell.. if not because we had to stay in the area, we would not chose this place.

Cannot fault this hotel. Easy check-in experience. Free parking. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed with extra teas and coffees freely available in reception. Meal is restaurant was lovely. Truly enjoyed the whole stay

The Hotel was very Clean and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant was not so good. We encountered a very rude young lady who we later found out was the manager. We got shown to a table given menus then had to wait 20 minutes before any one appeared to take our order, the restaurant wasn’t busy hence the reason for having an issue. The manager was very rude, She virtually threw our drinks down on the bar. Not a great experience.

Visiting nearby family and the hotel was a good choice being clean and tidy whilst could be improved by an outside paint face-lift. The room was good and despite nearby traffic was very quiet. The breakfast was good and plentiful, all in all very adequate.

Until recently I’d always have said that you knew what to expect with a Premier Inn, but in the last year I’ve stayed in a couple that were sub-par in one way or another. So far as this hotel goes, the room (I paid a little extra for a premier room) was clean, quiet and well appointed, and the breakfast (buffet style) was as it should be. Everything cooked and presented correctly. No complaints.

nice hotel with a clean modern room standard restaurant with ok food unfortunately this hotel is badly let down by its lack of staff we waited at reception for 15 minutes to book in before anyone appeared the restaurant was even worse we waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive the staff are working flat out so cannot be blamed, purely an issue with poor management wouldn't book here again

Very clean neat and comfortable stay. Breakfast is also good. For the price point. Breakfast restaurant has a good view. Quick checkout available. The bedding is very comfortable. Coffee machine in suite is very nice. Macdonald on the side

The best thing about staying at a Premium Inn is that it is always good. Comfort, cleanliness, politeness are always good and the fact that the window coverings in the room are a great bonus as the keep out a high % of sunlight in the morning. When I do use the dining facilities, I always enjoy the experience and the food is prepared and presented well
