We are sorry about your inconvenient with cab, however it's managed by external companies which normally working till late at night to guarantee the services at the airport arrivals. What I can say wit h Public transport in the most of town/city in Italy there are not too many late services at night, which could be fixed out. Our staff always willing to help and support our guests to find a solution specially with foreign people. You did not write any comment about the stay on our Hotel, as I can see of your response on cleanliness and service, to understand why your stay did not reach your expectations at some points. Regarding the wi-fi connection, I would like to inform you that we recently switched to a new provider, and this may have caused the problems you are experiencing. It’s especially saddening for us your opinion about the service of our staff, whose professionalism and courtesy is one of our points of strength. Sorry for not providing you with our usual standard of service. Regarding the smell of smoke, I totally understand and share your disappointment. However, I would like to inform you that the cigarette smell (unfortunately, it may happen, sometimes, that someone smokes through the window, not respecting the ban on smoking inside the hotel) is not enough to set off the fire alarm. In any case, I can guarantee that our fire system is fully functional, regularly checked and fully complies with the required safety standards. I am truly sorry that you would question such an important aspect, but I assure you that we care about the safety and security of our guests, as well as our staff. Complying with the strict standards is an integral and fundamental part of our job. In relation to the hotel structure and furnishing of the rooms, I would like to inform you that a renovation project is already being evaluated and we hope to start work soon.
