Enjoy the serene feeling of having the Chugach Mountains in your backyard and being able to go for hikes right out the back gate. The view of the mountains from the firepit is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the setting is perfect as a home base for all your Alaskan adventures. During your visit, feel free to enjoy free Wifi, Roku TV, board games, books, popcorn, coffee, and tea. You will be just around the corner from the Botanical Gardens, hiking, coffee shops, and restaurants. Recent updates in this 2BD/1BA include new flooring (no carpets!) and all new appliances and furniture. You will have a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, pots, pans, a coffee maker, utensils, etc. You will find keurig coffee pods, tea bags, hot chocolate, creamer packets, basic seasonings, and more in the kitchen cupboards. Help yourself! Beds and mattresses are brand new and have comfortable memory foam mattresses. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The alarm clock next to the queen bed has a USB port for charging your phone. The bathroom has plenty of personal care items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc), a hair dryer, and extra wash clothes and towels. Full-size washer and dryer in unit with laundry detergent provided. Coolers and camp chairs are also available for use upon request for all the amazing Alaskan adventures you are bound to have! This home is a side by side duplex with a large backyard. There's a BBQ grill, fire pit, and picnic table for you to enjoy out back. Head out the back gate to access hiking trails. There are two small steps up to the porch, but otherwise, it is all easy access with one level and no more stairs. No check out chores! :) You're on vacation. We don't ask you to do anything except put the house keys back in the lockbox. Enjoy this soothing and relaxing space to recharge after an exciting day exploring Alaska. P.S.
