Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time in one of the most picturesque places of Anapa, almost in the heart of Pionersky Prospekt, the resort hotel Yava is located.
The convenient location and close proximity to the sea, just 450 meters at a leisurely pace, made Yava one of the best places for a relaxing holiday.
The Yava Resort Hotel is a family-run hotel that pleases its guests with home hospitality, high level of service, affordable prices and comfortable rooms.
The outdoor heated pool area (size 20x10 m with a children's bowl) is equipped with beach umbrellas, sun loungers with a mattress.
The Main (administrative) building and four three-storey cottages with individual terraces are located on the territory of the resort hotel Yava. The total number of rooms includes 50 rooms of various categories.
The right color scheme of the interior, modern design, comfortable, functional furniture. Well-thought-out, to the smallest detail, the complete set of rooms. Private balconies and terraces in each room. That's what distinguishes us from the many hotels on the Black Sea coast.
For the convenience of guests there is a cafe with home cooking on the ground floor of the Main building.

Отвратительное место: 1. с обеда в центре территории возле бассейна работает какой-то генератор, вся территория в итоге воняет соляркой 2. на территории постоянно ночью бухают пьяные отдыхающий, с матом, мордобоем, охрана на посту не реагирует, говорит "каждый отдыхает как хочет, они за отдых заплатили" 3. в номерах постоянно снуют желтые муравьи, в т.ч. и в пакетиках с едой (хлеб, печешки и др.). 4. какие-то клапаны водонагревателей весь день свистят крайне неприятным свистом, находиться в номере днём нереально, особенно если хочется вздремнуть после обеда, нервный срыв через 20 минут "отдыха" в номере 5. номера крайне малой площади, хватает место только поспать и всё. вся мебель эпохи СССР, пыльная, грязная, мерзкая на вид, браться аж противно, не то что спать. 6. при выезде уборщица обвинила нас, что мы стырили пепельницу, хотя мы не курим вообще, поэтому где была пепельница и была ли вообще - не интересовались ни при выезде, ни при заезде. Истребовали 250р. за неё, пришлось оплатить, т.к. поезд ждал и выясняться не было времени. Уборщицы видно так подрабатывают. 7. меню в столовой - рыгаловка. сухая гречка, разорванные дешёвые пельмени, сухое молоко эконом-категории, соевая колбаса и т.д. - БЕЕЕЕЕ. в летней веранде НЕРЕАЛЬНО душно, о существовании кондеров они не знают. В итоге обед, когда на ул.+30, - сущая мука и потение насквозь. 8. вай-фай - капец-беда. На дворе 2024 г, а у них вай-фай ловит только в центральном здании, по территории в домиках - полный ахтунг. В итоге ты почти все время без инета или надо идти на ресепшн. Поставили бы уже давно репитр и всё. ЖАДИНЫ. ИТОГО: -5 оценка.

В восторге от кафе отеля Ява. Отдыхали в другом гостевом доме. По счастливой случайности зашли в кафе Ява. Идеально чисто, каждый день свежая вкуснейшая еда. Ни одна столовая рядом не сравнится. На заказ готовят свежую рыбку (барабулю, ставридку и т.д.). При этом очень демократичные цены. Приятный интерьер. Доброжелательные сотрудницы. Спасибо огромное! В следующий раз планируем разместится в отеле Ява, благодаря стараниям сотрудниц кафе Ява.

Море -в шаговой доступности (мин 10) Парковка на территории. Завтраки-вкуснейшие(читала отзывы до этого, видимо «кухня» изменилась. Чистота в каждом миллиметре всего комплекса. Постель-белоснежная. Басс с подогревом. Ежедневная приборка в номере (не нужно выпрашивать, всё сами делают) аниматоры-👍👍👍👍, дети всегда чем-то заняты, утром -зарядка, днем-интеллектуальные игры, вечером-активные. На территории растут ягодки и фрукт. Территория, полностью огорожена, Дети не выбегут никуда. Если вы бронируете через wa -чат, не переживайте, администратору Татьяне, можно доверять. Она, умничка! Все продумано! Ява-Вы собрали идеальную команду В этом сезоне. Так держать! из недостатков: один, время летит там очень быстро. ДО СКОРОГО СВИДАНИЯ ЯВА! Мы не хотели уезжать! Однозначно, вы, в списке наших любимых отелей.
