Great location near the train location, but can not have a long time shower otherwise the water would getting cold

Overall, the stay in the hotel was pleasant. Clean, enough spacios room for two, quiet environment with comfortable bed to take a rest. Public transport a few walk away. Just nearby. Thank you.

Very close to Sloterdijk train and metro station with a lot of bus and tram options nearby. This means the whole city of Amsterdam and beyond were easily covered in a matter of minutes. Just less than 10 min by train to Amsterdam Centraal. I could leave my luggage and backpack with no problems for the whole day. 24h reception desk. Rooms are wide and even have a kitchen with cooking tools, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, which made it comfortable to have a late night snack and a glass of wine after a 12h flight.

The hotel is close to both the train station and the tram. It is clean, and the room has a kitchen where you can cook.

I booked a stay for 2 nights, followed by an additional 3rd night in the same room type. Despite having a confirmed booking for the same room, the reception refused to issue a room key valid for all 3 nights. I was required to check in again on the 3rd day and pay the city tax a second time. This policy felt unnecessarily rigid and inconvenient for travelers. Moreover, the attitude of the reception staff was consistently dismissive and unwelcoming whenever we approached them. The design of the front desk area was also impractical and matched the unhelpfulness of the staff. There are several steps leading to the reception, and we had to carry our luggage up these stairs to access our room. When we checked out, we had to carry our luggage down the same steps to their luggage storage area, with no assistance offered whatsoever. The staff simply pointed us in different directions, making us feel more like bellhops than guests. The room itself was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a standing shower with no door, so the entire bathroom floor was soaked after each use. This made it difficult to relax after a long day exploring the city. In terms of security, our room was located on the ground floor, facing a dark, open street. This felt unsafe, as it seemed easy for someone to break in. I requested a room on a higher floor, but this request was denied. I couldn't help but notice that other Asian guests were also placed on the ground floor, while upper floors appeared to be reserved for non-Asian guests. This left me questioning whether there was some sort of discriminatory practice in assigning rooms. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of security in the room itself. The door had no lock from the inside—no chain, no deadbolt, nothing. It felt as though anyone with a copy of the key could enter at any time, which is especially alarming for female travelers. It was like sleeping on the street in terms of safety. I cannot recommend this property to anyone, especially solo female travelers, due to its lack of security and the unprofessional attitude of the staff.

Love the location as it’s just 2 stops by train from the airport and near bus stations and a convenience store that opens till midnight .

Lovely stay, bed is so comfortable. You have your own kitchen to use. The prices is reasonable! Can’t complain 👍🏻

To start my review Naduah at reception was utterly fantastic. She gave great tips, was extremely helpful with any request and overall great at her job! This place is lovely to stay in for a holiday with a small kitchen equipped with all the essentials as well as a very comfortable bed! They have a great snack bar open 24/7 for things you forget about or if you’re craving a midnight snack! Only thing that we would do next time is stay directly in the city. Although it is only a 5 minute train ride to Amsterdam Central, we would have liked to be able to walk out of our door and experience the culture in the city centre! For those who can’t afford to be closer (like us), this is a great option!!

This is a great stay in Amsterdam if you want a decent price but still close enough that it is easy to get in and out of the heart of Amsterdam. With the stations literally being right outside the hotel it is so easy to get around. Staff was for the most part friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. The roof hangout area was a nice addition as well as the laundry service which is super awesome if you’re travelling for a while. It was I believe 6 euros to wash and dry your clothing. We got a suite with a kitchen hoping to make some of our own food however the microwave was suppose to work as an oven and yet it did not work very well at all. They provide you with washing liquids and washing tools however, no salt or pepper or even a cooking spray. This would be beneficial if you’re offering rooms with a kitchenette. overall we had a great stay! To make this hotel top notch would be to have a pool or hot tub.

If you do not mind taking train or tram for around 20 minutes, this is a great accommodation for you! I stayed here 6days in total, and the room is well equipped and is spacious.
