Excellent service. Easy check-in/check-out. Booked the triple room with balcony so had to climb 3 floors each with very narrow and steep stairs to get to the top! Good size room. Bathroom was small. Vending machine drinks the coins so just stay dry. Overall good resting place!

The room was very small and not like the photos. Despite the weather being hot, the window would only open if held up by a wooden brick on a metal chain (not very safe either). I think for the price it should have provided a few more amenities or a bigger space.

Room is not at all like pictures here. Pictures are extremely misleading. Also, you have to pay extra 50 euro when you check-in.

To check in or drop off baggage prior to check in, it is required that everyone climb thirty-seven (37) of the steepest, narrowest, and most treacherous stairs I’ve ever seen in my life. No elevators. This place is located in the tourist district, near shops, restaurants, and the famous scenic canals of Amsterdam.

The guy at the lobby was really helpful and did a great job showing me to my room! Excellent service

Balcony has amazing views!

The location is perfect. There was good heating.The staff was cooperative.TV does not work.The window can not close enough. There were many spots and wasted furniture. Anyway we spent great time in Amsterdam!

Very friendly personnel and wonderful location, just behind the royal palace. I really enjoyed the stay although the facilities and bed could me more clean. Anyway, it is the typical Dutch small hotel with Amsterdam special sphere.

NO ELEVATOR, STEEP STAIRS! The people at reception were nice. I left my iPad by accident after checking out, called to see if housekeeping found it and someone from reception brought it down to me so I wouldn’t have to go up the stairs again, which I appreciated a lot. Room was tiny - enough room to walk in & leave a suitcase, then the bed took up the majority of the room, which I personally liked. Bathroom is odd - toilet at one end, sink in middle, and shower on other end without a curtain or anything, it’s just the shower head with a drain on the floor. Wouldn’t go to this hotel again for the stairs alone, otherwise (if you don’t mind steep stairs) it is a nice place to stay and in a good location.

Tv didn't work Hotel was smelly Room was dingey But it was cheep and cheerful Booking through trip.com to clarify they was very steep steps and alot them to go up and down, so having a bad knee while iwqs there was very painful

The standard room is extremely small and the hotel overall smells really funky :/ There is also no towel included in the room which is very weird for a hotel. The only kinda positive thing about this place is the location (very close to everything) but the place in front of it was full of trash. Meh would not book this place again :/
