Citadines Sloterdijk Station Amsterdam

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the reception is very helpful and the room was well taken care of and clean. They greeted me with a birthday set up in the room which was very thoughtful of them. I appreciated the availability of the laundry service and the guest supplies (a room with more towels, soap, and other essentials) as well as the location. The only things I did not like about this flat was the bed, pillows, and tv. I think it is just a cultural difference but the queen bed was two twin beds pushed together and I could feel the edges of them as I sleep in the middle of be bed. The pillows are all perfectly square which I am not used to and was uncomfortable so reception provided smaller square pillows that I was able to fit into one pillow case to feel more normal. The TV was disappointing due to the lack of content to watch in my downtime, the tv had about 7 Chanel’s 5 of them showed movies but (two channels showed the same one) and the other two were kids tv shows. The laundry service is convenient but expensive, it costs €5.50 for each wash and each dry cycle, still glad I had it for my long stay. The hotel is also very restrictive on guests that can accompany you to your room which was inconvenient for me as a solo traveler. At the end of the day it was a good stay and had a great location right next to a major train station. Thank you.

Excellent stay, staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was terrific, kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The location is great, 5 minute walk to Sloterdijk station, for trains, metro, and busses Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is nice. It feels like moving to a new apartment. Staffs here are nice and friendly. And it's really close to station. Very convenient to go to city centre or airport. Just feel too bad for staying only 1 night. It's worthy to stay more days.

I mean we are only a day into our 1 week stay here but the level of customer service has been amazing 🤩. Everyone says Hello, the receptionist who checked us in (sorry forgot name) was absolutely amazing and went through everything. And all of the rest have always said hi. The apartment is spacious with everything you would ever need and shops near by. Guest amentitities are self serve and again a great easy way to stay topped up.. Staff... The best Food and drink... Highly recommended Service... Amazing Rooms .. fantastic Help being a tourist with the sites etc.. amazing Thanks for a great first day and the rest of the week. What a gem of a hotel. So close to Amsterdam central and direct links everywhere. Don't think, just book here

The apartment was nice and clean and is well equipped including a small dishwasher in the kitchen. All amenities such as rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets, etc., are provided and more are available as required. The location is great, just a five minute walk from the Sloterdijk station, which is a ten minute ride from Amsterdam Centraal and about 20 minutes from Schiphol airport. There are number of eateries in the general area of the station so that breakfast is not a problem if you don't want to make something yourself. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all, we were very happy with our choice and can happily recommend Citadines Sloterdijk.

The Citadines Apartments were a fantastic find for our stay in Amsterdam. So close to the rail station with quick links between both eh airport and the centre makes it a perfect place to base our visit. Local facilities nearby are great as well with some restaurants and shops. The staff in both the Citadines and its partner Mercure hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and had all that we could require for our stay.
