Holiday Inn Amsterdam - Arena Towers anmeldelser

Quite bad service, staff was not helpful with the luggage considering I was alone with 3 luggage pieces, alley smelled like *********. The floor of the room was not clean, there were hairs.

Lovely location. Staff at reception can be abit more friendly. Staff in dining area you guys were fantastic , well done and thank you. Rooms nice and clean. a vending machine might be an idea for that midnight snack and drink.

Breakfast is good.

Excellent service, staff were very friendly and super clean hotel. Great location right next to the metro.

A short walk from the metro station. The room is quiet, very spacious, and clean.

Nice Had a great stay

Hotel is clean and train and metro located very close by which makes it a good alternative to staying in the city. If you don’t mind the 5 minute walk to the station and then the 10 minute train ride to central Amsterdam then I highly recommend this property

Top Location and a wonderful space to work

The location is very good with just a few minutes to walk to the bus and train station. The room and amenities are neat and modern. It will the this selection on my next trip to Amsterdam.

The hotel is close to the stadium, but a little far from the city center. Good metro connection. The stuff is friendly and the breakfast good. They did not clean our room daily. No paper or soap refill at all. The additional hotel taxes are higher than shown by Ctrip App (e.g. 4nights: 60euro instead of 24euro) All in all: Needs improvements to reach the costly standard you pay for.

The room is clean and tidy. And the staff is very nice but you need to check the details when you check in. We had 2x2 breakfast but they could not confirm. We showed our booking finally it wa okay.

Good Hotel and Good Location.

房間雖然不大，但該有的硬件都有，而且我的兩個行李箱打開放在地上還有足夠的空間走動。 要注意的是酒店不主動提供洗漱用品，也沒有拖鞋，自備一下會比較好喔！ 然後要吐嘈一下淋浴露味道有點臭，不好聞😂

Alles perfect verzorgd en netjes. Werden alleen om 9:00 uur gewekt. Er klopte iemand van de schoonmaak op de deur en deed deze ook open en ging weer weg. Dat was een klein min puntje.
