We encountered some difficulties locating this hotel due to its distant location from the city center. It took us approximately 30 minutes to travel from the hotel to Amsterdam Central. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they were offline and unable to check us in. They had no estimate for when their system would be back online.
During our stay, there was an incident where two males entered my daughter's room. This occurred because the staff at the reception had mistakenly marked the room as unoccupied in the system. Although the hotel apologized and offered us a complimentary breakfast, the incident left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with some mornings where the rooms were not cleaned properly. Additionally, we discovered a dead cockroach in our room. We found it on day 1, and after 5 nights in this hotel, it was still lying on the carpet, indicating that housekeeping did not vacuum our room once during our 5-day stay. Also, some of our towels were dirty. Despite the rooms being relatively spacious, the hotel's location is unfavorable. Consequently, I would not recommend this hotel.
