Nice hotel, very easy to find good location easy access for parking very friendly and helpful staff, can do with new towels tho

Room was big and it was very clean. We were so comfortable. Receptionist is so kind.

Supermarkets and coffee shops shops nearby the hotel. Room is clean and the size is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good deal with the price.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Hotel is well situated near a few bus stop which is really convenient to get to places via the buses. One direct bus to the central station.

good service and we met nice staff

stayed here last June in a room with a 2-sided view, a good hotel with a strategic location close to supermarkets and shopping complexes, also near bus/tram stops. The room was clean, comfortable with great views of the city and a quiet atmosphere. Good facilities but service needs to be improved. Some employees are friendly and some are not so friendly.

Room are not that good as we expected,

When we arrived they gave us room in the 11 floor it was small ..dirty we spent terrible night then at morning we they move us to 6th floor it was better

This hotel is decent and has everything you need. It’s a bit far from the centre and feels a bit isolated, but just take the time to explore some of the cafes downstairs and around the nearby streets. It’s also easy to get into the city by tram so in the end it doesn’t feel that far away. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out and answered all my questions giving advice about how to get around Amsterdam and the Netherlands in general.

Friendly and helpful staff. Near to bus and tram station, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. 20 minutes tram to train station. 20 minutes drive to the airport

A pleasant stay with my family here with walkable distance from a big shopping mall and tram station.
