Something is different - I always enjoyed this hotel but there is an over all lack of diligency that makes the experience less interesting

It can be called a perfect hotel with a beautiful surrounding environment. After dinner, it is suitable to take a walk downstairs and very quiet at night. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and transportation is particularly convenient. Walking two or three hundred meters from the hotel to the South Station (Zuid), it is easy to get to the city center, the airport, and the surrounding cities. The room is very large inside and confortable, which is much larger than the four-star hotels I have stayed in in other European cities ever before. The breakfast is very rich and there are also on-site omlets made. The rooms are also very clean and the facilities are very complete. The receptionists are very nice and polite. Highly Recommended.

A bit out of the centre, but still accessible by public transport. Hotel is behind the tall buildings and you have to be attentive enough to find the hotel. I think more signage to the hotel is needed. Thanks

The hotel is so good and it closes to Zuid metro. It only takes 10min to central station. Really in love either with this hotel.

Amazing stay! We had chosen to stay at Crowne Plazza for my husbands birthday and it did not disappoint! The service was amazing and the room was lush. Will definitely visit again

Very welcoming and professional staff. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, hotel well located, close to Amsterdam Zuid station, 30 mn from/to the airport by train. Highly recommended!

Great Price for a decent 4 star hotel.

服務一般，什麼都是自助，連停車場辦理需要在前台掃二維碼也是靠自己，在網上登記完車牌，再開出去酒店馬路對面的Qpark停車，停止很大，要按提示找到自己入住的酒店區域停車，房間面積達到期待，窗外對着河，看到樓下的花樹，也挺好看的。 酒店很近地鐵，坐地鐵進市區的各景點很方便。登記車牌後想開車出去遠的景點也很方便。停車35歐/天。 早餐也不錯。

房間在歐洲算很大的了，酒店地理位置很不錯，離地鐵/火車站很近，去機場也很方便，阿姆斯特丹南區環境很好，很安全。去老城區和博物館區坐tram也十分方便。
