The location is very good , and the staffs are very friendly. However, the hotel is little bit old , and easy to hear the noise next to the room .

We loved the location of the hotel. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the canal. The service was excellent and the staff tried to assist us in any way they could. My coffee bar was not stocked one morning because they were out of creamers and they apologized and made sure I was fully stocked the next day. My only complaint was how small our room was....but we adjusted and enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam!

Very good location. Walking distance to the main attraction areas.
Breakfast was good with a nice view of a canel.
Room was decent in size and I will come back again to this hotel in future if I am visiting Amsterdam again.

This hotel is very small and trying hard to look like a 5 star hotel - However service is lacking in every step of the experience. All requests are delivered very slowly, rooms are extremely small (to the point you can't find anywhere to open your suitcase) and airconditioning is not working in the middle of the summer. A warning for this hotel, other excellent hotels are just next doors or very close - so try to find one of those
