Very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable, helpful reception staff, ideal for singles couples and families. a little away from center but a day ticket for transport helps to get into around and back from city center. Could do with a table and a kettle.

The location of this hotel is strategic since it is near to the train station. The room is nice and clean, not too big but not too small either.

Convenient location especially if you’re going to the airport. The tram stop towards central station is a few minutes walk as well. However, the room is quite small and they only have one washer and dryer for the entire hotel. The dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes so it’s not really helpful.

No thrills room which is kept to an adequate standard. It takes roughly 35-40 minutes on the tram to arrive in the centre.

Good hotel for budget travelers with a car, the parking was convenient and reasonably priced .

We enjoyed a great stay here, in a clean and comfortable room with a good view. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The hotel is located near the tram station. It is very convenient to travel to the centre. The view from the room is amazing. They didn't have an adapter to charge our phones. No water station to fill bottles.

The location is not very convenient, however well connected by trams. No nearby restaurants or shopping malls.

Cleanliness not the best but certainly improved and now above average. Location, even though outside the city centre, it is extremely convenient next to a tram stop. Service not consistent or exceptional, but nonetheless adequate. Fine with the right price tag.

It was a very clean hotel and a part of the staff was really nice and helpful. The problem is that there were no bouilloire in the room to make tea or coffee. We had to go make our coffees in the lobby. Sometimes we paid for it and sometimes they said it was free, we didn’t get it. The location was very good because it was near Kronenburg tram station and it takes us everywhere we wanted easily

Location is away from the city centre but strategically close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. Reception staff are just fine: efficient but nothing exceptional. Sometimes not the most professional, especially when talking with friends and taking photos, and they have to begrudgingly attend a guest. Cleanliness remains a problem and is consistently below average without any improvement. Fine if the price is low enough and for a brief period of time.
