Very nice room and smooth check in and check in and check out . Free upgrade to Executive room staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast separate is great and good option.swimming is very neat and cleaned we enjoyed it a lot .Good option for family and friends .

First worst expireance my entire trip in hotel We are on the way we call the recipient; the number of times we called they don't pick the call and not call back. The room was in very poor condition, and dinner and breakfast were also not good, so my request is don't book this hotel in the future; we don't stay in this hotel.

The hotel staff are all very professional and very friendly and meet all our requirements and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However, we booked a double room and it was a poor standard of hygiene and cleanliness standards. If are going to book at this hotel book executive rooms at the hotel. The hotel management quickly and seamlessly changed our rooms to executive rooms and was very helpful and dealt with with the highest professionalism. The food was a nice limited choice and the hotel is far from the Golden Temple.

I have stayed in this hotel from 02 days Related to stay ,food and servise are excellent. Special thanks to Mr.Dipesh and Miss. PRIYANKA and Miss Damini and Mr.Abhishek are amazing in servise ,everything is on time and well behaved and really apreiciated And Chef Mr. Pradyuman is also very nicr chef and the food quality is very good. Thanks for your lovely servise.

stayed at the hotel with my family...Rooms were excellent. Overall it was great...happy with staff and hotel hospitality, food was excellent..Thanks to all the Staff especially Samya ji...would like to visit again and will recommend other also..

I stayed in the hotel from 19-26 March due to some official work and family as well...there are 2-3 hotels side by side with most of us staying in Regenta Place and Country Inn. However infra wise Country Inn seems better but when you go to a hotel it is the hospitality that matters and Regenta wins in that. The girl Samya Arora in Regenta she is always there for any problem. I give 5 stars to this girl's behaviour and zest to always make sure that the guests enjoy their stay. I will recommend this hotel.

My stay at Regenta Place Amritsar was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. For instance, a reviewer might write, “I had a fantastic stay! Spa services were top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure.

My stay was absolutely wonderful I highly recommend this hotel I had a fantastic experience This hotel exceeded my expectations I would definitely stay here again Staff & Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The service was top-notch The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable.
