Ranjit's Svaasa Amritsar

A wonderful haven in Amritsar! A beautiful peacful setting, with a delighful garden. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We ate dinner on two nights and breafast was provided each morning. The food was fabulous. We would highly reccomend this place for families or couples visiting Amritsar.

The hotel is an old building with pleasant public rooms and spacious bedrooms. It's a bit rustic - four poster beds, chandeliers and so on. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food was good enough - you have to order it beforehand. It's a bit of a walk into town.

Ranjit’s Svaasa is a fantastic heritage property if you want to live peacefully with no hustle bustle sounds of the street. We give no. 1 to the team /staff who are trained for an amazing hospitality. There is a feeling of personal touch, they take care of ur each and every requirement. Special thanks to Neelu ji, Kumkum, Ram, the chef ladies and the house boys who were always ready to help you with cheering faces. We had dinner there and the food was really amazing. I highly recommend to have atleast one or two dinner there. Loved thr dogs - Bika and Chochi.

A lovely peaceful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We arrived about 3 am in the morning but received a warm welcome with a free drink and were quickly shown to our room. The room was clean,well equipped and spacious and had everything we needed for our really enjoyable stay in Amritsar. The next morning I had an excellent massage which set me up for the day The restaurant is set in a lovely courtyard and the breakfasts were good The thing that really made the stay were the friendly and helpful staff Would definitely recommend this hotel

The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Even the food was very tasty and homely. Even the dogs Bika and Chochi are very obedient and lovable. The staff was very courteous & hospitable. A must revisit . Apt for family and very safe.

A small and extremely characterful hotel in a quiet location, with vibes of the Real Marigold Hotel. This is a charming hotel with lots of rooms to explore and we would probably stay there again, Staff were very friendly, as were the two dogs we met, with a special mention to Chochi. The restaurant was in a charming courtyard garden. Our room was very comfortable. The wifi was a bit hit and miss. The first room we were allocated was disappointing, no wifi, TV did not work, and no hot water (not a great room in my view, very dark and I would suggest should be either repurposed or revamped). When we mentioned this we were moved into another (lovely) room, it is a shame that we were not put in a nicer room in the first place. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the old town but this was not an issue as was quite pleasant returning to this oasis in a very busy Amritsar.
