The pot was leaking, no parking space, gates were not working, the lift was stuck, very dirty bedsheets and blankets, staff incorporative, no security, broken cupboards, dirty and smelly surroundings

Pros : very close to golden temple gate. Less than 100 meters cons : 1) because of close proximity to the golden temple, taxis are not allowed to the hotel location. While arriving at the hotel, my taxi dropped me at the multilevel parking of golden temple, which is about 1 km away. I had to hire a battery rickshaw to load my luggage and arrive at the hotel. Even o la or uber don't come to the hotel. But, while departing, the hotel arranged a taxi right from the hotel location. 2) the property is actually a lodge with a small reception without any frills. room seems expensive for a lodge type accommodation. Probably, rates are comparatively higher due to tourism location.

I have stayed here before. It’s got a fantastic location. Hospitality is good, new renovated rooms are pretty nice. *mr niranjan* and members of the hotel are always on their toes to make guest comfortable.

The room alloted is very small 10ftx10ft. No space to move around even unable to keep our luggage. Very uncomfortable and no breakfast was served. Rate should be within@ 800-1000 bitter experience.

I didn't get the room that was mentioned. After getting the room, the door was not working properly. Additionally, when we ordered food, it came late and was cold. The room was very inconvenient to stay in. Furthermore, there was a water supply issue in the room the very next day. We checked out the very next day.
