Hotel City Heart

The hotel is under maintenance everything was ok except they mentioned on the mm t app about food inclusion. And i booked it with breakfast but they dont have working kitchen. So they gave us breakfast from outside. This thing has to be fixed.

Internet was not working at all, they had 0 internet services. Had to ask multiple timrs to get it fixed. We had to ask even for water bottles so many times, there was some glass which was apparently broken already and we didn’t notice, on our checkout we were forced to pay for it, the manager and receptionist were so rude and their behaviour was pathetic.

Location is good, vehicle stops 50 m from the hotel, golden temple gate is nearby, shopping and food options are easily available. only draw back the queen rooms do not have an open view from the window ( view is blocked by nearby walls) due to which there is no natural light in the room even during day time.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts an unbeatable location - just a short walk from the golden temple and situated in the heart of the temple campus. However, despite its prime location, the hotel fell short in providing basic amenities such as a kettle and door mat outside the bathroom. Unfortunately, the cleanliness also left much to be desired. The bed sheets and towels were not clean, and the housekeeping service only made the bed without changing the sheets. To our dismay, we found that the extra pillows provided had been used by previous guests and were dirty, yet they were not replaced or cleaned before being offered to us. It's clear that the hotel is still under development. Additionally, the wifi connectivity was poor, particularly in the basement area. While the location is a major draw, the hotel needs to focus on improving its amenities and services, particularly cleanliness and hygiene, to provide a comfortable stay for its guests.

location is very good in heritage street staff is very well behaved always ready to help you. Main Street and Jallianwala bagh view from my room. I must say safe accomodation for girls travelling solo. checkin checkout was very smooth will certainly call you guys next time for booking 😁

Good stay room are neat and clean staff is very cooperative I love the location in heritage street walk.
