Taj Amer, Jaipur

Our stay at Taj Amer, Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vivek at check-in, who made the process quick and seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Breakfast was a delight each morning, thanks to Parneet for the outstanding service and attention to detail — every meal was perfect! A special mention to Ramphool and Harphool from the front office, who were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Taj Amer truly knows how to make guests feel special. Highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Jaipur! 🌟

This was the best experience from the moment we walked into the hotel with 2 tired kids. The staff promptly escorted us to the room to allow the kids to rest before coming down to complete the paper work. Every staff member is beyond welcoming and accommodating! The location is perfect. FOOD, wither in room dining or the restaurants on the hotel property is DELICIOUS (we did not have to eat one meal outside of the hotel during our 3 night stay). THANK YOU TAJ GROUP! we will be back

Chandrakala from Guest Relations played an excellent host. And live Santoor by Zubair was exceptional and unexpected (good) surprise. Buffet was sumptuous and kitchen was as expected. Overall would love to visit again. Pool has an amazing Aravali view so don't miss that.

Having a beautiful stay at this hotel. Staff excellent especially Gopal and Okanshi housekeeping staff. Came back after a very tiring day exploring the sights and my bed was beautifully decorated with kind words and flowers. Would recommend this hotel.

Having stayed at a few Taj properties across India already, my experience at Taj Amer wasn’t any different from the other ones. Right from the word go, it was exceptional! I was there with family for a short vacation in Jaipur and Taj Amer was my #1 choice for the stay and the team there made sure I was right. Kids had a great time within the property and staff was very friendly with kids, ensured proper care in the play area even without our presence over there. Food was great as usual and they were able to meet specific requirements for kids meals all through. Food portions for kids was less than what we anticipated, so had to make repeat orders, and this was probably the only minuscule issue we faced in our entire stay. Rooms were great and quite spacious and clean. Wedding at the adjacent venue meant loud music till very late, had some difficulty in putting kids to bed due to that. Not sure much can be done there, but it was a bit of an issue for sure. That aside, Hotel staff was very courteous, right from bell desk, reception, restaurants etc to guest relations. Everyone met with a big smile on their faces and eager to help for any small/big thing. Few names I remember are Lokesh & Harish from bell desk, Chandrakala, Shashthavi & Priyanshi from guest relations and Shashi from the restaurant. Big thanks to them for the memorable time we spent at the hotel. Kids are already very eager to go back there again 😊

Taj Amer is located in Kukas near Jaipur. In terms of location and luxury this Taj property is not comparable with The palace properties of Taj in Jaipur. Although it’s a smaller hotel, the greatness of Taj hospitality can be felt in this hotel too. Although the rooms are small, they are well appointed and the space is properly utilised. The walk-in closet was nice. The view from the rooms are not that great. This hotel has three restaurants. The House of Ming restaurant was very good with a specially curated menu. The breakfast buffet spread was nice with live performance by a Santoor artist. Even the room service menu was good. The spa & salon facility in the hotel is very limited. It’s very hard to get an appointment unless booked prior arrival. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. However the staff at the concierge desk had problem finding a good guide for us, but ultimately with some time they could arrange the same. Overall it’s a nice hotel with proper Taj hospitality, but if you want to feel the grandeur of palace lifestyle in Jaipur, it’s better to accommodate yourself in the other Taj properties in the city. However as it’s much cheaper than the other Taj properties, so keep it as an affordable option for a short stay in Jaipur.
