Seventeen of us celebrated our 57th high school reunion at the beautiful Addison on Amelia Island earlier this month. The wonderful hosts, Lisa and Ron, accommodated every one of our needs. The buildings, rooms, and gathering areas were cheerful and perfect for relaxing and spending lovely times together. All was clean and updated, and our bathrooms were outfitted with a myriad of the best of products. The location was perfect--we never moved our cars! We highly recommend this great Bed and Breakfast!

Our visit was absolutely superb!! We spent 3 days & 2 nights there in Fernandina Beach & at the Addison! Lisa & Ron are great! Everything was beautiful with great communication & attention to detail! We enjoyed walking to our restaurants along with walking to the Marina. Throw in a day of bike riding to Fort Clinch, sightseeing and shark tooth hunting on the beach at the state park. Breakfasts; yum!!! We look forward to coming back and staying at The Addison on Amelia Island!! Did I mention we already booked our next visit!!

We had an amazing time at the Addison. Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere in downtown historic Fernandina. The breakfast was great! Happy hours nightly on the house. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The innkeepers were super helpful and friendly! We loved our stay!!

The Addison on Amelia is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast. We loved our room. It was charming, plush, comfortable and really clean. I had ordered a chilled bottle of wine and a fruit/cheese platter for when we arrived. It was in our room and perfect for relaxing on our private porch…especially after being in the car for several hours. The owners, Ron and Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We highly recommend The Addison on Amelia.

We recently stayed at the Addison and cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. Lisa and Ron were welcoming and gracious. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, the room and main inn were clean, well-stocked and appointed- no detail overlooked. The breakfasts were unique, beautifully presented, and scrumptious. In summary, we had a great experience and look forward to returning soon. Lisa, Ron, and The Addison are truly exceptional.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at The Addison. It was so beautiful and the hosts are wonderful and so helpful. They have thought of everything. And Fernandina Beach has so many wonderful restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. It is a great walking city also. Highly recommend The Addison and Amelia Island.

We loved staying at the Addison. Excellent location (quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown Fernandina Beach), comfortable accommodations (comforable room, beautiful courtyard and back patio, and welcoming parlor, dining room, and front porch), and tasty breakfasts. We will definitely choose this bed and breakfast the next time we stay on Amelia Island.

Pros Great location Pretty grounds Clean Amenities: loaner bicycles to get around, umbrellas for when it’s raining, and chairs for the beach, a water station (to fill your bottle), and a complimentary happy hour Cons Pricey - the value could be improved Found the breakfast to be very minimal Some beds are very uncomfortable and noisy

This is such a beautiful B&B! We enjoyed every minute that we were there. The room was spectacular, the hosts were enthusiastic in their hospitality, and the breakfasts were delicious. We were able to walk everywhere we needed and even just relax on the veranda with an afternoon glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again.
